Very Disappointed So Far
I submitted my evidence for my concessionary membership and it was rejected because it wasn’t within 12 months - it was clearly dated July 2024. I have been unable to log into my account since making payment as it states it’s linked to too many accounts - I have one.
Still I wait to be able to actually book and attend .

Hi Paula,
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with both your concessionary membership submission and logging into your account. It sounds frustrating, and we certainly don’t want you to feel stuck.
I’d recommend reaching out to our customer support team with the details of your case so they can look into the specific rejection of your evidence and investigate the account issue as well. It could be a technical glitch with the system showing the wrong date or an issue with account linkage. We want to make sure you’re able to book and attend without any further delays. Our contact details are at the bottom of our website homepage under Contact Us.
If you need any assistance in contacting support or have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Kind regards,

Hidden Charges
Just been charged a late cancellation fee because I could no longer attend a yoga class which I cancelled on the app to allow someone else to join.
When I quired this I was told as I hadn't cancelled 4 hours before the class I would be charged and I was just outside the 4 hour mark. At no point was I told I would be charged when I cancelled it. The response I got was just a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Where is the incentive to cancel so someone else can go if you just get charged anyway? I understand if I just didn't turn up but I went out of my way to make a space available
I've haven't been a member that long and already received a price increase on my membership so clearly hidden changes everywhere
Facilities are good but unusable during peak times

Good Evening Jessica,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your recent experience.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the late cancellation fee, especially when your intention was to make space for someone else to attend. Our goal is to always maintain transparency, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into account as we work on improving communication around our cancellation policy. The terms and conditions regarding online bookings are stated online, however we understand if this was not made immediately clear to you.

We also take your concerns about peak times and membership increases seriously and are always exploring ways to improve the overall experience for our members.
We hope you’ll continue to share your thoughts with us, and we're committed to making your next visit a more enjoyable one.
Thank you for being with us!

I think that the facilities are really good. I don't understand why there are female only sessions at peak times for 3 evenings during the week. It doesn't seem fair or necessary and makes the monthly fee not really worth it.

Limited availability …
I like the gym but classes and swimming are hard to get as they get filled quickly which is stressful and frustrating . I spend too much time on the app trying to find spaces . Also 4 hrs notice to cancel a class is very extreme. I understand an hour or 2 hrs but think 4hours is ridiculous

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for your review.
We are pleased you are enjoying the centre and are sorry that you have difficulty booking on to classes.
We feel that the four hours is a reasonable amount of time to cancel as we have to be able to offer this slot to those who are waiting and give them enough time to see that a space is available and potentially have to move around their plans to attend.
Warm Regards

Brilliant
I didn’t know what to expect as we had been at another swim school for 3 years, but this class is brilliant.
The teacher, Jack, was fantastic with the kids- he was very calm, clear and engaging. The class worked very hard and really enjoyed themselves.
Looking around at other classes that were also taking place, all the swim teachers looked like they had great command of their respective classes and all the children looked happy.
