Mustafa was very helpful and help me with a membership I could aford plus gave me a refund for the day I missed as Had an emergency which was very unexpected. Thank you so much

I went to see a Simon and Garfunkel…
I went to see a Simon and Garfunkel through the years but was disappointed. The venue is beautifully decorated and would be lovely for a wedding, it is however not suitable for a concert as the seating is very uncomfortable (gave me back ache) . The seats are all on one level so if you have anyone tall or moving about a lot then you are not going to see much.
For a wedding etc however the seating would be fine. This was a bit my fault as being new to the area I should have looked up the Pavilion, I expected a theatre. I did enjoy the singers though.

Ruined birthday party.
Better @ Bath bowling - Daughters 14th birthday party booked at the bowling, confirmed that we have 2 lanes. Arrive to find only 1 lane and moved, due to broken lane.
Nothing done to resolve, and party group left to 1 lane, ruining all the plans & a teenagers birthday party. No supervisor on site to resolve, still waiting to speak to said supervisor, after being here 20mins.
Awful service!
Eventually spoke to the manager, who said that whilst he appreciates the situation & that the birthday was ruined. He could not do anything to resolve the situation, other than get us to fill in a form to possibly get a refund in some time & someone will contact you.
I strongly advise against booking any form of a party in such shambolic setup.

We understand how frustrating it can be when sessions are fully booked. Please be aware that members are able to book activities 7 days in advance so they can secure a spot in the activity they wish to attend. The bookings are available at all times but the 7th day can only be booked at 10pm each night.
We’re constantly working to improve availability, so I’ll make sure your concerns are passed along to the team. In the meantime, feel free to book your activities online in advance. We truly appreciate your patience!

Increase I Membership Fee
I joined the gym in Bath and was pleased that they offered me a membership of £25 a month. All of a sudden and without an explanation my membership fee increased from £25 then £35 and now £36. Togive BETTER credit Daniel from BETTER did try to contact me however, I was abroad at the time. The latest colleague reported that there was nothing to she could do and told me to sort it out with the gym itself. Have anyone tried to contact the BETTER gym in Bath to discuss membership; it is very frustrating !!!

Great classes and helpful staff

Staff are very helpful and sorted out by technical glitch with the booking app. Just started Barre classes and really benefitting from improving balance and leg strength so I’m now during 2 classes a week.

Nice gym but the classes are extremely underwhelming, instructor spent half the time explaining and left feeling like I hadn’t really done anything. Maybe it’s for an older crowd.

We regret to hear that your Fitness Class experience was unsatisfactory due to the instructor dedicating a significant amount of time to instructing the exercises. It is important to note that new customers may join classes where others are already familiar with the routines. This can be intimidating for new customers if the routines are not demonstrated in each class. Therefore, some instructors review the routines during each session. We apologise if this made you feel like you did not receive a sufficient workout during the class.

No steam room
No steam room, which is part of my membership that I'm paying for. Yet you don't have a steam room and your advertising in the app for bookings,etc, sauna and steam room.

+ Clean, not super busy in the mornings, great location.
- Some machines are quite old, lots of machines for the elderly but not enough of some (eg: only 1 leg extensor, no weighted leg press, no cable rowing, etc.)
