BETSAFE IS A SCAM!!!! I deposit 500$ and now try to withdraw 500 or 1000. Did not take welcome bonuses. I sent everything they asked me to send except social security number. This is the most horrible service I have ever seen in my life.
I have made deposit from my international card which was accepted, now during several days I can't get my funds back as their financial department just rejects to pay that out, looks like these guys are proper scammer and need to be reported accordingly.

I deposited $2,000 to this site with a credit card and they kept asking me for a bank statement showing account number and deposit made to them. But these two statements were different and this site did not cooperate at all and kept delaying my deposit. I lost another $1,000 on their casinos because they wouldn't let me withdraw my money and I kept gambling , although that's my fault, but they wouldn't let me withdraw and asked me for a statement that doesn't exist. I explained to at least 5 different people in their live support of this problem, and they were unable to come up with a solution or let go of my money. My money is still stuck there and my balance is at 940 dollars. And I got another e-mail rejecting my actual pdf bank statement. Has been almost a month now in trying to make a withdrawal.

Security department initiated checking.
After few weeks I received another email. They wrote me I violated rules according fixed matches, my account will stay frozen and money confiscated.
Balance on my wallet was almost 3000€.
That was real surprise for me.
Security department didn’t explain anything else.
Didn’t expect such behaviour from this bookie.

The worst site of any description cannot contact them have tried via email and the customer centre which will keep you holding for hours. I am seriously concern they have closed the account and stolen the money.
If you have an account with betsafe close it is my advise. So I got through to them and now must wait 3 weeks for a money transfer that should take 3 days

Same story as everyone else. They took $2k off of me after I cleared their sh1tty bonus. They cited something that days I can't bet more than $8 a bet or something so they just ripped it away.
