This casino is a fraud. They will allow you to deposit but you cannot withdraw at all. Customer service sucks. I was up $4800 after depositing $600 and I could not cash out. Complete fraud! Avoid at all costs. They will not release funds but are happy to take them!

Hey Guys, haven't used site in a few months and went back yesterday. Deposited £30 and had 3 winning bets and 1 losing bet. Final bet was for Facile Vega at Leopardstown. Had all daily winnings on this (£150 at 8/13) and he came in. Cleared £260 and immediately paid out and in my bank account less then 15 minutes from withdrawal. My account was already verified from before. I have seen negative messages here and I have to say are unfounded for me. I have posted issues on this site of other bookmakers previously, however in my opinion, betsafe for can be considered safe. Good odds given for horseracing and prompt payouts.

Don’t listen to the other reviews saying it’s a scam site. I always see these badly written reviews that are fueled by anger it seems, on reviews for any site.
These aren’t scammers lol, you’re just someone who didn’t read the terms and conditions correctly. They have no interest in keeping your $25 bonus or whatever. During all of my time gambling online, on known and not so known sites, the only reason a site would close your account or not pay you is if you broke one of their terms. End of story.

With that said, their mobile app is horrible and it constantly prompts you to log in every couple of pages you go to. They have OK promotions for sports betting and their customer service is quick to reply

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

Stay as far away from this site as you can. It's one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it's impossible to meet the requirements. So they withdraw the bonus and all the gains you made till that point!
Further it's impossible to withdraw your money even if you meet all the requirements.

Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasn’t told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.

Recently joined this casino , because I was tired of all the other casinos letting me down to often. Then again this is a business , their goal is not for you to profit , but rather to make you think you will profit. And so the cycle keeps going from there. I won on the first day of joining, I thought maybe that’s just to make me play more again. On the first day, there was a fair amount of wins coming in from the slots. The second day and onwards, very little wins, and I’d say about 75% less frequently occurring , compared to the first day of playing.

This site is a SCAM Betsafe. I won and tried withdrawing my amount and sent all documents and valid ID but they still won't release my funds. They keep telling to be patient and finally they closed my account. This is SCAM, please spread the word!

Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can't withdraw my money) for support you can't talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query "we will send you an email".
