Did a deposit offer through REVu to deposit on their site. They told REVu I didn't click through their link to register (the only way to get to their site, unless you manually type it in, which of course I didn't do). I will be posting on every single site I can think of calling this company a 100% scam.

i have been using BetPlays for over a year without much issue. after winning a good chunk of money over that time i made som withdrawels which took around 4-5 days after having to contact customer support about it. the last time i did withdraw money was a few weeks ago which was only around $315 i waited 14 days, did i recieve my money after that? no. on that 14th day i contacted customer support about it and they said they escaleted it. an hour later i recieve an email saying i broke their TOS, specificially accusing me of having multiple accounts and money laundring lol. i also had another $50 in real money to play with. they suspended my account and nothing was paid out, i have screenshots of it all, and plenty of evidence that i have provided to their license holder. they have some of the best offering in sports betting and great bonuses but its almost impossible to get your money out of the account and if you win too much they'll ban you. take legal action and complain to the license holder. by law they can lose their license if they recieve too many complaints. customer support also refused to provide me with info about my account. do not get blinded by the bonuses, you will not be using this site for long if you win a good amount over time. use other sites instead

SCAM!! This ‘online casino’ keeps coming up with multiple excuses saying they cannot pay out to my country (New Zealand). Which is a load of crap. I was too late to read reviews where others have experienced this and I am beyond done with all the excuses. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Hello everyone, I am writing this review in regards to betplays being a scam as many are. I am trying to withdrawal money and they asked me to wait 5 business days. After I've waited 5 business days they told me that they have escalated it to the department. They did not tell me a time frame of how long. I have already reported this to curacao e-gaming and I encourage you all to do the same. I will also make a reddit forum about this so many of us can discuss there and warn people. If I ever do get paid out I will update everyone here.

UPDATE I GOT PAID TODAY! Finally after contact customer support I got help and got paid. The amount was not much, but I got paid in the end thanks betplay.

Will I ever get my money? Judging by the below reviews it's not looking promising. I’ve had my withdrawal pending for well over 5 banking days after being told withdrawals happen within 5 banking days. I’ve spoken with customer service reps online and each time they assure me that the matter has been “escalated” with “priority”, but still, no sign of any money in my account. I’m starting to lose hope, so it looks like I might need to contact their licensing authority to make a complaint. If I get my money, I’ll update this review accordingly.

Sent them all the Documents, everything was Legit and they gave me a Hard Time Regarding the KYC Process.

After waiting 5 days for the Withdrawl period to end. They Sent me an email saying they will not be paying any of my Winnings and That i have Broken rule 3 and 9. Which was Duplicate Accounts and Cheating.

THEY SHOWED ME NO PROOF.

My friend made an account and won 12200$ and they said THE SAME THING.

This is actually disgusting and so sad because i had plans of paying off my Mortgage with my winnings but now i got Scammed. I am feeling suicidal after this. I hope you guys stay far away from this scam Company.

I've used this site to place sports bets for the past month and a half. I signed up and deposited $500 to make use of a deposit match. I realized shortly after that I would need to rollover $8k and placed bets every day hoping to accomplish that. After a few lucky hits I ended up accomplishing that task and ended up with $1300 in my balance. I went to withdraw $1000 and was told I had to verify the account. I'm not sure why there was no verification required to begin with but I complied. I submitted more than 5 documents requested and after a week was verified. I requested the $1000 yet again to be withdrawn as I wanted to keep playing but did not want to leave such a big amount sitting there and it was pending since May 28th. This morning I received an email saying they believe I violated their terms of service and as such have not only declined my withdrawal but closed my account and seized my money. They said to take it up with customer service but every reply I sent was met by a scripted reply telling me I violated their terms. I did not. The terms they say I violated were multi accounting (I never created or used more than one bet plays account, my own) and that I violated their condition of cheating, colluding, or fraud. No idea how as I did no such thing. From other online reviews I've come to the conclusion this is a total farce and they will find any and every excuse not to pay out. Please avoid.

Don’t give these thieving criminals anything. They made me jump through hoops to get verified. It took me 3 months and 15+ attempts.

Once I got verified, they closed my account and stole my money. They claim on broke their rules. They did not provide me with proof and cut communication.

They can and will close your account and steal your money when you try to withdraw.

Their tos states they can close your account for minor things.

Be careful and save your money. Even if you win you won’t be able to withdraw. Betplays is a scam.

I always thought these 1 star reviews are just some angry cheaters getting caught but it changed today when Betplays locked my 8600 euros (4500 deposit) for made up reasons. I've worked in gambling industry for more than 10 years and been betting myself for long time and never experienced anything like this

If you are sportsbettor don't signup as there is great chance of Betplays simply taking all your money if you win, they are more than happy to let you play if you lose though! I won my money on NBA player markets just for reference.

Also Curacao gaming doesn't care about any of this if you think that the BS licence will somehow protect you. I will pursue legal action myself and see where it goes but i hope that at least 1 person will avoid registering on this website

Appears that my girlfriend won 30 000$ on a game. she had to verified her account. Everything has been done properly. 2 days later, myself made an acocunt on Betplays. I have a total different adress than her which I could go play thinking that everything will be fine. I put 50$ in and lost it. the next day, they sent an email to my girlfriend saying that she frauded the system by making an extra account which is not true. They took all her wining from her accounts and suspended her account. We have spoken to the support chat, they said that there is nothing they can do about it. my girlfriend asked them to call her, they called her with a number from ontario. she missed the call so she called back on the same number. No answer, 30 minutes later, we received a call by the same number, the guy was all confused, it was a random guy that just woke up and had no idea what was going on. THEY USE HIS PHONE NUMBER TO CALL US. Why would they do that???? that is unacceptable, using other people’s phone number is literally a scam.
They keep telling us that we’re frauding by using the same IP adress. What if 100 people lives in condos and the wifi is inclueded? 1 of the 100 people win 50 000$ and someone in the building goes and play. there you go FRAUDING. It is NOT FRAUDING. they’re frauding. ANYWAYS DONT USE BETPLAYS WORST GAMBLING SITES.

This website is a complete scam. They cancel your sports bets after you've won. Complete dumpster fire of a sportsbook.

UPDATE: Not only did the operator void winning bets, they're now refusing to return my initial deposit after closing my account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID THIS SITE. The system is glitchy especially on the sports bet side of things. Sports bonuses don't dissapear once lost so I've had to manually cancel them (after I lost). I had a parlay under pending bets the entire time and it hit for $1100 only for it not to get paid out and told that I "canceled it." Yet I have pictures to show that the bet was still pending but now there is "nothing they can do." AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Please find another site, literally any other site.

the moment I got my bonus I played it I won and I was never credited and they told me that I played with their bonuses when that's not true.

I decided to write a review for this site. I'm not with them anymore and I'm glad for that. I experienced great nerves with them with money withdrawals, they postponed everything for a long time with invented reasons. I sent them everything as they wanted but they always found some excuse. Their only goal is to delay the selection so that the client changes his mind and cancels the selection. But I stood my ground and finally got my money. But it was a lesson for me and I knew that I would leave them. I have to praise the support, everyone there is friendly and tries to help. I personally think that they themselves are consumed by the system and have no power to change anything. First of all, their payment department and the people who decide on withdrawals are scammers. But nobody can do anything about it. I wish the support people good luck, but I advise you customers not to bet here.
