BIGGEST SCAM EVER, i have played multiple online slots on a different sites and this one is the worst ever, they will not give you the money that you won, put it on a week for pending withdrawal and then gave you the reason like “violated terms and conditions” and when i proved to them that i did not do that, they gave me another reason just not to give me my money. This site is BULLSHIT.!!!! FULL OF SCAM!!!

I would give them 0 stars if i could.. they will not verify the account, they will make you send new passport pictures, wont tell you why. Dont let the good design and good odds fool you.. i could also give customers the best odds in the world if they paid me to place bets, and not expect anything in return... Seems like they think its the best business model... ( Al long as they dont expect to have repeating customers). They will only close the account for maximum of 6 weeks, although i used the excuse of gambling problems their answer to this was offering me free spins, wich i declined. I then tried profanity to get them to close the account, nothing worked. These people are sharks that will stop at nothing to get your hard earned cash, please dont use betplays. There are so many good bookmakers that cherish their customers, that will pay out winnings. There is no need to risk fund here..

My son and I were wagering regularly with Betplays until we won $7000 and $7500 each on one of their bonus provided. It took over two weeks and I was told the delay was due to external factors and they are doing their best to solve the problem as fast as possible and that I should show some patience. A couple of days later, my son and I both got an email that our wagers were against their rules and regulations 17.4. They said the problem was that we bet OVER and UNDER on the games.
This is laughable as we made wagers with the bonus which their site accepted. If there is any problems it is their software accepting wagers which would indicate that the wager is acceptable to their terms and conditions. If some wager is not according to their rules and regulations, it should indicate this when making the wagering.
In the end I said that if you are taking that stance with our win. Then you should also apply this to our losses on same OVER and UNDER wagers.
It was enjoyable using their platform until this very ridiculous explanation of a wager of OVER or UNDER.

The interface is very simple and user-friendly. Even as a first-time user, it was easy to figure out where everything was.

They have stole 2000 euros. 5 days is withdrawal limit, they decided to move the limit up an review my account.
After 10 days they said my account is closed because "I was breaking" terms and conditions, which none of them is true ! NEVER USED VPN AND I AM ONLY ONE ON THIS ACCOUNT; NO SECOND ACCOUNT. It is obvious this is their patter when they dont want to withdrawal your money, they think things up and say this. FRAUD I have never been frustrated this much, HOW CAN THEY STILL OPERATE ??
On Reddit you can see multiple EXACT experiences in which they are scamming and stealing money, they have same answer for everyone when they don't want to withdrawal you money.

Where do i start. I’ve been using betplays for over a year now. In the begining i lost alot of money on this site and everything was fine of course. Recently i’ve been winning bigger bets as i bet on sports and they have recently suspended my account after trying to withdraw 5000. I was waiting over a week for my withdrawl. Betplays accused me of not following their rules but after thoroughly reviewing their rules this is completely inaccurate. So now im left with a huge balance in betplays and a suspended account and looking for legal actions against them. When you lose everything is fine in betplays but when you start to win they will suspend your account and blame you for something you never did. I never felt more angry in my life.

Max withdrawal is 7500 and take 5 business day and week end don't count so you are at 7 days basically if you are lucky. Don't think you will get your withdraw without going to the chat. Then for the second withdraw they will say oh its maximum 1 withdraw per 7 days and then they will add days so you are at 10 days and still not processed. On the chat they will say escalated to the finance Dept. Scammm website don't lose your money.

Stay away from this scam site. They will not let you withdraw your money and will suspend your account for no reason.

(Update: Now BetPlays "requests more information", which they already have and their "support" is still not responding to any messages. Again: stay away from this site!)

7,500eur was unfairly frozen and taken from me. I was blocked from accessing my account. When I went to chat support I was told that I violated terms and conditions 3 and 9.
Under number 3, it is stated that the player used several accounts on their website, which is absolutely not the case with me.
Under number 9, it was written that it was a fraud while playing on their website.
I asked for an explanation and proof of why they are accusing me, and of course they can't provide any of that because I won the money exclusively by fair play playing sports betting with the odds offered on their site.
I warn people to be aware of the scammers they are dealing with here. Their business plan is to not pay you your winnings if you win.
I hope that people will be more aware and considerate than me, and read these reviews before they pay money to such fraudsters.
I will do everything in my power to inform as many people as possible about the criminal activities of Bet Plays. I hope that I will at least reduce the number of victims a little, and thereby reduce their pleasure in deceiving others.
And as for me, considering the serious amount of money involved, I will contact the police, I'll let everyone know who is responsible for such scams site, and I will write everywhere where is relevant about this in order to warn other people so that the same thing as me does not happen to them and reduce betplay's earnings from stealing other people's money

I sent you a message from my registered email on your site and I wrote my details.
I see that you have same messages that you are sending as replies here.
I am very interested in what you will answer, when you were previously able to close my account on your site with a serious amount of money on it without any notice, and later through your chat tell lies that I cheated and used multiple accounts, and then when I asked your chat support to get some proof of what you are saying I was left without an answer.

Although their reply seemed like a genuine attempt to resolve the issue, it quickly became clear that it was just a move to appear professional and fair in the eyes of the public. I immediately sent them all the requested information, yet a full month has passed and I haven't received any response whatsoever. Be aware that replies like this are not sincere efforts to fix anything — they are just a public relations stunt to lure in new users who may end up scammed and robbed just like I was.

I placed several sports bets on Saturday (May 3rd, 2025). The games were already finished for more than 24 hours, however, all my bets are still in pending status that they did NOT settle them.

I contacted to customer support they kept telling me there is something wrong with the system, and they do NOT have a time frame when this problem can be resolved. I think this is a dirty strategy betplays trying to play with, they let me place sports bet, and then they just never settle them. In this case, even though your bet win, they did NOT settle it and your account balance will remain 0 so you will never be able to withdrawal your money.

Please stay away from this company.

I am extremely frustrated with the way Betplays Casino has handled my case. I reached out multiple times to resolve a serious issue regarding my account and gambling addiction, but I've been met with nothing but silence.

In February 2023, I requested that my account be permanently closed due to gambling issues. Despite clearly stating my struggle and asking for help, Betplays reopened my account, which led to more losses. When I tried to reach out to them in 2025 to resolve this, offering them a chance to settle privately before taking further action, I received no response.

All the details of my case, including the email exchanges and my request to close my account, have been provided to Betplays in previous communications. They have all of my information and should have no trouble looking into my case. However, since my account was permanently blocked, I no longer have access to it to follow up directly.

After waiting patiently for weeks and sending multiple emails, I still have not received any communication or resolution. I am now forced to take the matter further, including filing complaints with organizations such as Casinoguru and reporting them to The Anjouan Gaming Authority.

It is incredibly disappointing that Betplays failed to take any responsibility for the harm caused by allowing me to continue playing when I had explicitly asked for help. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this casino, especially when dealing with sensitive issues like gambling addiction.
