I recently added Betdaq to my online exchange accounts. They offer alternative enhanced specials which are excellent to use.

They can completely change a bet without telling you. Avoid at all costs. Not to be trusted. Any matched bettors reading this, stick to Smarkets or Matchbook instead. I didn't want to have to make this review but they have stopped replying to my emails now.

There was an enhanced special bet based (specifically requested in response to a 7bet boost), I placed a lay bet on it, and then the next day they changed it to a different bet without telling anyone. I'm not the only one who was affected by this. Instead of sorting it out properly and treating their loyal customers properly, they brushed it off as an "obvious error" and cited generic terms and conditions about not being liable for errors, without recognising and understanding what they actually did.

There's a difference between an error and completely changing a bet. Nothing can justify completely changing a bet like this. After I followed up and pointed this out, they have since stopped replying to my emails (they wouldn't have even replied to my first complaint if I didn't chase it up).

They claim they can't be liable for any mistakes, but anyone reading this please be informed that Smarkets and Matchbook have routinely made goodwill gestures in situations like this in the past. Betdaq chooses not to and that shows how much they value their customers.

As a customer who puts 5-figure amounts (tens of thousands of £) of volume through their site every month, this is how I get treated in return. No goodwill gestures, completely changing bets, wielding unchecked power and citing generic terms and conditions that make them immune to any accountability. A BIG NO from me. I will stick with Matchbook and Smarkets where I am valued as customer. I suggest everyone else does the same.

I have used BETDAQ for almost a year now. They have always been so helpful when I’ve reached out to their customer support and found their app so easy to use.

Seem good exchange. Chat option attentive and helped immediately when ran into an issue. Not as good as other mainstream exchanges and don't offer as many markets.
