it is a very useful platform for those who deal with arbitrage, but several times it has problems with different bookies, which are, however, quickly corrected.

I have 7 years using betburger. I dont say is perfect but compared with all others is the best and for this dont have doubts.

Useless for betfair exchange, same probably applies for other sharp bookies

Wasn't worth the $500+ for API access, would strongly suggest asking for a trial before paying anything to these guys.

Theres other providers who do the same service of merely comparing odds between bookies like these guys do.

Customer support was helpful when it came to working with the API but the product is otherwise pretty rubbish in my opinion.

I did ask for a refund in one of my last emails explaining why but it never happened.

As such, its a 1 star review especially given the price of the product

I use BetBurger for many years now. At the start i would say it was the best service available at the time. Price was good and service rarely had any big errors. At recent time i would say the price rise was too high as problems with bookmaker odds scanning was happening more often. I hope BetBurger will improve those things and i hope to keep using BetBurger in the future.

I am loyal customer from years. Checked many other odds services. Betburger is the best. Only one minus is the price, which get higher every year. In my opinion loyal clients should have discount.

Everything works perfectly fine, it would be better though if there were more polish bookies

I have been using it for years and compared to others it is the best without a doubt. Great interface and very visual. Yes, it is true that sometimes there is a small delay or the service is interrupted with a punctual bookmaker, but in general they usually correct it quickly. As I say the best of all!

Amazing service for arbing. By far superior to Rebel and other services especially for live arbitrage betting. They also respond to requests by emails very quickly and have lots of bookies to arb from. Been using it for years and couldn’t recommend it more

I just joined 7 days member with only Live Surebets because I want try to check their In Play service. I really regret it and should only try with 1 day. With such a high monthly fees, I expect it can do better but unfortunately it wasn't. Indeed it will show a lot of arb opportunity but you will have no chance to place any bet. The main reason is their odds update are way too slow for In Play. I filter to 3 bookmakers just to check and unfortunately, Betburger normally update around 30-60 secs after bookmaker change their odds. Imagine with such a slow update on odds, you have no chance to put on In Play bet even with bot assistance. 30-60 secs update on soccer matches already unacceptable, you can forget about Basketball on such a slow update although they always shows very high profit. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because it is still useful if you use it for other strategy, but In Play Surebet you can forget about it. We are talking about serious money here and with such high monthly fees and not millisecond update, it's a joke and disappointment. I will try their competitors next week since I know another 1 were fastest in this industry although with soccer and esport only. I didn't try Pre-Match, if you want only Pre-Match service, I assume they can worked well on that because you have more time Pre-Match Arb.
