I had disappointing experience with Bet365. My account was suddenly closed without a clear explanation, same experience as others had mentioned

All I will say is before joining READ THE REVIEWS. Placed a small bet on a extra placing race the horse came 4th which was clearly stated 4 place payout but then bet365 change their mind to a 3 place race I have a photoshot proof of my placed bet and the result of the "4th extra place offer" Still not enough evidence bet365 was wrong and should of payed out but they ask you for a race reference number which is about 15 numbers long and hard to find in which case you need to come out of the customer service original spoke to so you have to start the procedure from scratch with a different advisor over and over again. However, they have no problem taking your money or constantly bombarding you with messages telling you to verify your account or it will be closed in three weeks.

Now I’ve also noticed that many other customers report being told that their identity documents are “not valid.” From what I’ve seen, this appears to be a common practice, which only reinforces my impression that this is an absolute scam.

**Bet365 limits customers who actually understand live betting**

Very disappointing experience with Bet365. We were live betting based on game flow — watching momentum, pace, scoring trends, substitutions, and how the game was actually unfolding. That is supposed to be part of the skill of live sports betting.

Instead of standing behind the live lines they posted, Bet365 limited our accounts. It feels like they are fine taking bets from customers who are just guessing, but once someone shows discipline and understands how to read a game, they shut it down.

What made the experience worse is that family members’ accounts also appeared to be associated with each other, even though each account should be reviewed individually. The lack of transparency around that was frustrating and concerning.

In my opinion, Bet365 does not seem interested in fair action from informed bettors. If you pay attention to game flow and bet strategically, be aware that your account may be limited quickly. Very disappointing and not a sportsbook I would recommend.
