They took my joy to bet and make it as hell and when I ask for help they told me give me 3-5 mins to investigate and always answer same shit answeres without to sort my problem I wish them to close and go bankrupt amen !!! They randomly limit your wager amounts and ban you from promotions without reason. If you win too much or bet markets they don't like, they will close your account.
Luckily I was allowed to withdraw everything.

1 star is generous. The absolute worst betting app ever, I know people say this all the time that a betting app never returns but serious, bet365, you never ever win. The most I have won has been £100 and I had been playing for months with substantial deposits. Hardly any bonus’ either. Avoid, keep your money.

If you live in Alberta, you have just got scammed on your bets. They have removed all your bets everything. This website is a disgrace scam and should be shut down.

scam app. just disconnected me right before i won the hand. then took me to automated rng that showed different result and gave me losing hand. terrible unfair app. do not reccomend. i heard this from other people and now experienced it. not fair.

These guys are next level fraud and slow. I opened an account and uploaded my documents. It took them a minute to review them and decide to close the account , although i uploaded a pic of my id taken directly with the phone and a utility bill. They allowed me to deposit before i sent out the documents and now its been over 8 days REVIEWING my documents which they already declined for them to return my money. In addition, they sent an email threatening not to open another account. All what i did is deposit, upload an id copy and pdf of my electricity bill. Theyre a joke. Im still waiting for review to end until today. NEVER USE THEM
