I've been a loyal bet365 customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating.
For months I've been dealing with ongoing technical issues, including slots freezing or hesitating during spins, the app taking a long time to load, and other performance problems. I've contacted customer support multiple times, cleared my cache, reinstalled the app, tried different internet connections, and followed every troubleshooting step they suggested. Despite all of that, the problems continue.
Support has been polite, but I keep receiving the same generic responses saying the issue has been passed to the technical team. After all this time, I still don't have a real solution or a clear explanation.
In my personal experience, it also hasn't seemed to matter which slot game I play. While there are occasional wins, I feel like it's nearly impossible to come out ahead over time. That's my experience after playing a wide variety of games.
I expect much better from one of the biggest online betting companies. If you're considering using bet365, be aware that if you run into technical issues, getting them resolved may take much longer than expected.
I hope bet365 takes customer concerns more seriously and improves both the stability of the app and the way ongoing issues are handled.

By far the worst casino I’ve ever used I had over 1000 spins on 3 buzzing wilds no bonus, it’ll let you win once and then not bonus again if your lucky and it does, you don’t get back to starting balance I use it everyday same script, no free spins or rewards and doesn’t like to bonus and when it does pointless this has been a test over time, apart from the standard one bonus after hundreds of spins never worth thinking about a withdrawal because it’s always poor I still play to see if I can break the trend I’ll update if 3 buzzing wilds bonuses and give update on how many spins it took were at just over 1100

I was with bet365 about a year,lost a fortune,then 1 night I won,now they say when you transfer money into your account it can take 4 hour unless it’s the weekend,it can sometimes take longer,well it was a Thursday night,transferred my winnings back into my account 12 hours later not there,so I messaged them,and they restricted my account

I won a bet but they would not pay out because the bet was placed with bonus money and as the bet was 30 days after i placed it was "invalid", The online chat is useless. i feel ripped off

I was fooled 2 times by their betting offers and lost money. They offer you free betting and after that you realize that you have lost real money

Bad site, avoid at any cost. People who work at support are okay,but people who stand behind them dont care about any of you. Closed my acc without any reason and they cant give me the answer why. Look for alternative guys. Good luck.

Had my account closed down suddenly and unexpectedly. Had numerous open bets so attempted contact via Live Chat to be told that I had numerous accounts with them (untrue). Curious and worried that someone else had used my details, I submitted a Subject Access Request. The response was that all bets were settled. I requested details of my balance and the reason for account closure, to which they ended the chat session.

I had two winning tickets. Absolutely fair and they just voided. And money was one bet was $2 I should get 52 and second bet was $8 and I should get 20 dollars. Can you imagine how cheap they are.
