Poor service

I spent one night in Best Western Plus Park Globetrotter Copenhagen Airport (from January 22nd to 23rd). When I checked in I booked a Breakfast Box because I had to leave the Hotel at 04:00. When I arrive to the reception they told me that there was nothing booked, I asked for something to take away for eating but they didn't gave me any option, it is a service I had paid for and I didn't received. POOR SERVICES and no solutions!

Shame of Best Western brand "Amsterdam Airport"

I do not like dishonesty, in this hotel the misleading info was overwhelming. I booked the Best Western Amsterdam Airport hotel for the shuttle service. However, it was not available for my flight. It starts only at 6 am. Please see the schedule photo attached.
It was a small discount on the web site. However, when I came to sign in, the hotel manager Michael insisted that I pay back, guess what , it was around 1-2 euros. Really? You give a discount to attract the customers, and redeem it at the registration.
Also, he told me that I booked also another room, and I had to pay for both. The manager treated me really rude.

I went to the 3rd floor, it was not lit, dark like hell. Also to get to stairs or elevator it was not easy, very confusing.
They boast TV, it was tiny, I have never seen a smallest one. It was also a tiny coffe maker & a tiny hot water pot but located so poorly and the wire was so short that you would not be able to reach out to the plug.
After I visited the city around 12:30 am, the lobby was locked, the manager obviously was sleeping, it took him 10 mins to awaken, and open the door for me.

The worst was to sign out. I was leaving after 5 am, I came to the counter, nobody was there, nobody showed when I called, nocked, I spent there 20 mins trying to get your counter manager but nobody showed. So, that an employee from the next door hotel heard me, and came to sign me out.

I tried to get a taxi from that hellish place. The taxi dispatcher told to the manager that he had nobody available, and he will look in 20 mins. Really? I spent already a hell of time, i needed to catch my flight. BTW, Best western is located between highways along with 5 other hotels. Check them on map, they all are in that no-exit island.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, between 3 high-ways. Only shuttle bus, if you want to use the public transportation, especially in the night, you will find yourself on top of a high bridge, with nobody around, only 6 hotels on the horizon. Good luck trying to find the stairs to the ground. See the pic.

Best Western never again

Best Western, Kastruplundgade 15, Kastrup.
Left the hotel at 04:50 aug. 25. The receptionist harassed me in the parkinglot because I had parked my car in a wrong section. At my arrival the dat before i asked the receptionist if I had parked in the right place, wich she confirmed.
Wost service ever. Im not staying at Best Western again
