Do not use this company! I bought international tickets for my family to visit our grandmother for her 80th birthday and received a confirmation for the booking. 2 weeks later, on a Friday evening I received an email saying we didn't have tickets. After fighting for service with various agents for days, none of whom called back when they said they would, and one who was so rude I hung up on him, I had to ask for a refund. 5 days later I'm still waiting for a confirmation email, with my last 5 emails unanswered and I’m $11,000 out of pocket with no idea whether it will be returned. I have had to buy new tickets for my family and in the 18 days that have passed the costs have gone up more than $3000. All agents are Indian nationals using pseudonyms. I'm starting to think that the Australian address is a front for an Indian call centre and will be following up with Fair Work NSW on this matter. I have now heard from another fake name person in their review department after writing this review offering process my refund immediately if I remove my review. Talk about blackmail! This also begs the question how they can suddenly refund me immediately when I've been waiting since last week for a significant refund of my money that they've held for close to a month. Using Best Price Travel is the worst decision I‘ve ever made. Instead of what looked like a great price through their slick integration with SkyScanner and Google, I've ended up paying $4000 more for a longer route that I had to book myself and with them owing my ~$11000. That's not taking into consideration all the time that I've had to spend cashing them, the stress I've suffered or the terrible customer interactions I've had with all but 1 of their staff to date. More like worst price and experience travel than Bestprice Travel!

Recently, I ince again, used the services of Grace Gabayeron. As always, It has been a pleasure doing business with BestPrice Travels through Grace. As before she was polite, efficient and providing different suitable alternatives and options. Due to her good service, we have recommended Grace’s services to our close friends over these years. This company is fake and scam do not fall in their trap. They are fake means they would not provide you tickets. It's a trap do not book flight from this company. How people are still giving positive reviews. It's a scam company.
