I recently booked a return trip to Vanuatu with BestPrice Travel. Milley was most helpful and followed up promptly with any details that required further discussion. I would recommend Milley as a consultant.

This company is scamming the f out of people who book with them. My bf has been waiting so long to go back to visit his family and finally had the means to book the tickets. They scammed him out of 2.2k and did not take responsibility for it. Do not book with these people.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. These guys are a bunch of Indian scammers who just make up any excuse to not book your ticket. I payed 2.2k dollars for an international flight and I’m still waiting for my tickets. What they do is they hold a ticket for you but just never book it. Absolute joke. Every time I call it’s always an excuse this agent isn’t in right now or this person can’t help try again tomorrow it’s just a fraudulent company who’s primary mission is to take peoples personal and credit card details. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

I attempted to make a last-minute one-way flight booking and entered my credit card details. Although the confirmation page indicated the booking was unsuccessful, I still received a payment receipt.

As mentioned in many other reviews, I called the listed number and was told someone would call me back in 10 minutes. Nearly 50 minutes later, I finally received a call—only to be informed that the fare I had booked was no longer available, and they tried to upsell me a more expensive option. I hung up and immediately contacted my bank to confirm that no charge had been made, then requested a new card for security reasons.

The entire experience felt incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. It seems their primary goal is to collect customer information and credit card details, regardless of whether the booking is successful, and then attempt to upsell through follow-up calls. Take a closer look at the so-called “positive” reviews—many appear fake, with each one oddly praising a different agent by name. Most of these reviewers also have only that single glowing review, which makes the legitimacy of their feedback highly questionable.

They provided false information regarding the ticket details, and when issues arose, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any assistance. I felt cheated and deceived. I found my dealings with Best Price Travel a very positive experience. Their representative John was helpful and very responsive to all questions and concerns. The pricing of their tickets was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend them.

This is a complete fraud company. some indian will answer your call saying she is grace or jenny but they are really a scammers sitting somewhere in India. I've already raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back stating I have been scammed. Please reach out to your bank immediately if you have recently bought a ticket from here.

They collected my money, cancelled the booking unilaterally and have not returned my money after 8 days. I have been on the phone everyday. Stay away from this travel agency. Every time I phone them, it is a long duration hold after I explain the situation. Eventually they come and state they will get back but of course they dont. Every time you call they say a Wendy will get back but the mysterious Wendy never does. I am looking at complaining to ACCC and the Consumers Federation as this business is clearly a scam which uses customer funds as no interest loans.

Ruby was really helpful and get us best deal.

I cancelled tickets in dec 24, I was told it would take 14 weeks for refund, 6 months later still waiting . Each time I call it’s a different excuse. Will never use them again. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Worst company ever

BEWARE OF BEST PRICE TRAVEL! Do not use. I bought a Qantas international ticket, received an itinerary and booking reference number by email, which appeared on the actual Qantas app with the correct details, just like it should. Two days later I received an email from BP Travel telling me my flight was no longer available. Lo and behold, my ticket had vanished from the Qantas app and I'm left high and dry with no ticket, and $2K out of pocket. Assurances of a refund are unconvincing. This scam appeared on SkyScanner, which I thought was safe. Be careful!

SCAMMERS!!!!!! DO NOT USE.

First, I had to make multiple calls just to get the confirmation email. After multiple calls, I finally got the the confirmation after 4 days.
Then when I checked my booking with the airlines, it was on hold as they had not finalised payment with them.
Please also note that up until this point I had multiple confirmation from themselves ( pre purchase and after purchase - both screenshots and email) that my departure checked luggage weight was 30kg.

It took another 2 days and multiple calls, for them to finalise the payment.
After the payment was finalised to the airlines by them, I got another confirmation email and now all of a sudden my departure luggage weight has dropped to 23kg.

Then I called them again saying why the price has dropped, they gave me excuse that airlines has dropped it and they can't do anything. But I also had another ticket from another agent where it still is 30kg for the same flight so I know for a fact that it is just an excuse.

A very stressful and nightmare experience from day 1. Lost money as now I can't get a refund and need to add more luggage. Considering everything, I am now scared that my booking itself will be cancelled.

All the positive reviews are for Milly, Ruby, Steve. But despite talking to them over 20 times, never heard from any of these people.

I still have all the screenshots and email as proof.
