i filled in all creditcard details for 4 tickets, but got a crashing page. Had to refresh the page. Now, the ticket price went up with 40%. A crooked way of doing business.

Really poor service
Really poor service - we were due to go to Tina Turner last night and did lateral flows before we left as precaution as my partner had been feeling a little under the weather. His test was positive for Covid tried to contact them but no direct number for emergency like this . I sent an email and still waiting on a response as I was devastated we couldn’t go but wasn’t a responsible thing to do attending knowingly etc putting members of public at risk but it would of been nice to resolve last night and transfer tickets . Luckily I paid on my credit card so I am going to ask them to withdraw the payment as it’s been horrendous customer service from start to finish !!! Don’t waste your time booking with this company …. Daylight robbery and once have your money no help at all

Great acting singing but awful story…
Great acting singing but awful story line, I cannot fault the singing and energy, was excellent, also no issue with religious parody, however the sorry story line in Uganda is awful, why is female mutilation and infant abuse funny ? The script writers need to get a grip and change it.

Excellent service
Just seen Dream girls webpage offered £2 tickets yes £2 seats dress circle H3&4 and J3/4 said restrictive view but nothing obstructing our view, amazing show and it only cost £2 a ticket. Excellent service would use them again

An expensive mistake
I would not use this website again. I wanted tickets for Prince Igor at the London Coliseum and somehow got onto this website instead of the official Coliseum website. This cost me dearly. The tickets cost £20 more on this website than the official website for no advantage whatsoever. And of course I am unable to cancel them. Also note that when you purchase tickets on this website they do not disclose the face value of the purchased tickets. This has to be for a reason!

Once paid and confirmed with the theatre, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This policy is the same for all tickets agencies in the West End. We try to accommodate our customers' needs whenever possible, but an exchange or a refund was not possible in your case.
Please also note we always display the ticket face value before the purchase in accordance with the STAR guidelines.

I'm normally a little dubious of ticket agent websites
Excellent website, and really easy to use. I purchased Row A stall tickets for "Ghost: The Musical" at a really reasonable price.
A great thing about using this website is that you know which seats you're booking. So you won't get caught out with crap places to sit.
Remember to do your research to find the best seats depending on the show and the theatre - there is plenty of information to find out there.
Would definitely recommend and I'll be using again.
