Great service. Very friendly. Would buy from again

Just want to say what a fabulous piece of glass this is. The cut was perfect and I’m glad we paid the extra for the easy clean. It took a little longer than expected to receive the item, but the packaging was great and once it was out for delivery, we knew when it would arrive. Thanks again, this makes such a lovely difference to our kitchen!

Had five different-sized pieces of glass cut for a window and delivered in London. It arrived when they said it would, and was exactly cut to the mm. Much cheaper than ordering locally, and the edges were bevelled, making it easier to handle.

Firstly, the product when (if) it finally arrives is good quality, but the process of getting it was so ridiculously complicated and drawn out that I can’t believe this company is still in business. If you don’t chase them daily you fall off the list and they will ignore you for months. They don’t manufacture their own products so there must be a way around them, and I recommend you try. I only needed a shower door and six months later I’m still waiting.

Avoid this place i ordered a splash back took ages for delivery then when it arrived was too big. They couldn’t cut it down cos it’s toughened glass so asked for a refund so I could order the correct size and wouldn’t give me a refund so now stuck with a splash back bit of glass that’s absolutely no use to me at all. What a joke! Taking peoples money but then when there is a problem they don’t care discussing behaviour wish I’d never bothered ordering from them.

I've ordered several sets of toughened glass from Bespoke for a DIY project, and found them to be efficient, friendly, and good value.

Very helpful advice on measuring a large area. Arrived within promised timescales. Very experienced and helpful delivery driver. Good price compared with competitors. Overall very satisfied.

Absolutely first class service. I provided a cutting list of some 40 pieces of toughened glass by email .
I had a priced response the same afternoon, the glass was delivered very rapidly by a very competent and amenable driver. In addition the price was fiercely competitive. Would use again without doubt.

I purchased online from this company and paid for delivery. They were very quick to take the payment but gave no delivery date or details. When I contacted them I was told it would take up to 4 weeks. As I wasn't able to wait that long I asked for a full refund. I was told it would be better if I could collect the glass myself and I'd receive a refund for the delivery cost. Which I did and as of yet still not received my refund. I've sent emails and made loads of phone calls, but constantly get fobbed off with every type of excuse in the book. I hope this review will help you to seriously think about whether to use this company or not. I'm about to open a dispute through PayPal to try and get money back. Don't make the same mistake as I did

I ordered from Bespoke Glass Online several pieces of glass balustrading for our staircase. After several weeks, I chased my order as the expected date for delivery had passed. To my dismay, I found out that this company uses a third party to manufacture their orders, and that this third party had not even processed my order. Also, Bespoke Glass do not have a regular, dedicated courier service which further delays their deliveries. To cut a long story short, the order was delivered very late over several attempts. On the first delivery, one piece arrived unfinished, was reordered and then arrived broken on a second attempt. Throughout this catalogue of errors, the Director in his email correspondence was defensive and tried on many occasions to deflect responsibility, which was unprofessional and lacked any sense of accountability. Overall the service was extremely poor and I would not recommend Bespoke Glass Online.
