The sales person I worked with was way too pushy. Her shift was almost over so she became increasingly agitated, pushing me to complete a sale before I was ready.

It was a pleasure to do business with Bernie & Phyls.

We had shopped a few times trying to find the right fit for the lake house living room. Once we found what we liked it was at 2 different locations and based on our initial request a good price. We reviewed the information with family and decided to make the purchase. When we went to make the purchase the price that was given to us the day before was wrong, we had to purchased additional stuff to get the discount.

We had a great experience furnishing our home. Our sales rep Scott was professional and very educated on the furniture and made suggestions to fit our style. We went back for some additional pieces but waited until Scott was on the schedule. Truly enjoyed the entire experience and such a quick delivery! No waiting 6-8 weeks for something to come in and great quality furniture.

Very happy with my second Bernie & Phyl's furniture purchase. After purchasing a new master bedroom set several years ago, we logically decided to shop again at Bernie & Phyl's for new living room furniture. The experience with our sales rep (Scott) and the delivery team was great and I highly recommend them. Very friendly and courteous.

Sales person LouAnne is very helpful , kind, and helped us make good decisions for us. We went back a second time with the same results. Waiting for our next piece to be delivered this month. Planning to go back for a bed next. The sales people matter. Kudo’s to LouAnne. Thank you, Nsncy

The sales representative was very kind and helpful. Delivery of furniture was done quickly and efficiently. I do have a concern about a stain on my bed frame. Delivery person did take a picture - would like it checked out

This was our first trip to Bernie & Phyl's (Raynham Ma). When we entered we were greeted and asked if we needed help. We were there to look at mattresses. We browsed the department and we liked that the sales associates did not bother us while we tested out several mattresses. When we were ready a sales associate offered help and answered all our questions. He suggested we try out the next model up from the one we chose but was not pushy at all. He was extremely polite and personable. Checkout was easy and we were able to have the mattress delivered on a Saturday morning which was very convenient. It was a wonderful experience.

I want to seize this opportunity to inform you that I am not satisfied with the treatment I received from your delivery crew, I don't have any problem with the purchase crew.

The treatment I received was unprofessional. I clearly indicated that as they deliver the new dresser and mirror, they will pick up the one that was removed.

Can you believe that they did not remove it as stated in my contract? They made me understand that they will not touch it. They left it upstairs and went away. I asked them to move it downstairs but they still refused.

Inwas charged a fee to remove the old dresser when the new one was delivered. I want to be given credit for that. I have to get someone to remove the old equipment.

Please talk with your workers and ask them to behave like professionals.

Nice shopping experience
Brittany very professional and helpful

The salesperson was nice, however we were sold couch with a fabric patter that was discontinued. We received a call about this a few days later and had to go back to the store and pick out a new fabric.

My order was delivered on time, no hustle, great service.

Sales associate was very personable, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

My fiancé and I were shopping for a slip-covered sectional for our new home and had compared a few options from different stores. The customer service at Bernie and Phyl's, along with the quality furniture, sold us on their sofa. We had a wonderful experience with Chris who helped us through the process. In fact, he was so helpful without being pushy, that we ended up buying several other pieces of furniture that we were not planning to buy yet. His sense of design, knowledge of the furniture and laid-back sales style were the perfect combination--go shop with Chris and you will never have more fun shopping for furniture!

Happy with furniture, delivery, and sales representative, Louan(?)

Delivery guys were great, as well as, being very helpful. Had an issue with 1 piece of furniture and they are going to replace it within 1 day.

We were shopping for our condo clubhouse. We told salesman what type of furniture we were looking for and he kindly directed us. The salesman Scott Gobin was very helpful. He knew everything from why leather is an easier furniture to care for, what lengths and styles you had. He let us view as long as we wanted and didn't feel rushed. He was very personable and kind. We plan to return and work with him again.
