Bernie & Phyl's Furniture Reviews 

I want off by saying that Bernie & Phyl's Furniture Store has very beautiful furniture. I went in to get my youngest son a new bed set, the staff was very nice and helpful. I figured out which bed set I wanted to purchase for him. When checking out, one of the employees stated that I could put money down towards the bed set and could pay the remaining off. I went back in recently thinking I was going to pay off the remaining balance and was told supposedly that wasn't the case and that the money put down went towards a "box spring". They also stated that the employee talked to me about it, which wasn't true because I wouldn't have been confused. They tried explaining it but I let it go and paid the full price of the bed set on top of the money I had put down prior to this incident. Although this incident happened, I won't deny their good service and will continue to shop here.

Great customer service both in store and with the delivery personnel. After receiving 1st set of couches was not satisfied with the seating comfort. B&P agreed to our selecting alternative furniture as a swap out with no additional charges. Very happy with the replacement furniture. Will definitely shop there again and would highly recommend

Friendly sales person. No pressure. We were given all the time we needed to explore all the options to select a dining room set. We made two visits to the Braintree store before making a decision.

We had a great experience with Luanne at the Hyannis store! We love our new furniture and the delivery came right on time. The two men were great they were very friendly and proffesional!

Service at the store was good - the right balance of offering help but not breathing down our necks as we looked around. Delivery was scheduled fine and I appreciated the reminder calls the days before and then the half hour and 10 min warning calls. The guys delivering were friendly, did everything quickly,were careful and didn't damage either furniture or my house bringing the pieces upstairs.

The only complaint was that either the headboard can be put with either side facing out and they put it with the wrong side facing out or if it had to go that way then shame on the manufacturer because there was a big warning sticker about bunk beds and the delivery sticker on top of that right on the top right corner of the headboard. I had to take goo-gone to it to remove it and you can still see somewhat of an outline. I think this side could have been facing the wall as the back seems to look the same as the front and maybe I will reverse it as some point.

Tyler made things quick and easy and did not follow me around like other stores.

We went to their Nashua Store on Monday & bought 4 rooms of furniture. Our salesman,Sal Maldonado, made it so easy & stress free.
We were in & out in a little over an hour.
. We have bought at the Nashua Store before & it was an excellent experience, too. Good quality products, wonderful staff. We highly recommend this salesman & store.

Me and my wife were extremely pleased with the customer service we received from Scott our sales rep at the store. He let us walk around until we were ready to engage which was a breath of fresh air cause usually the reps attack you and don’t let up so it is a pressure situation but Scott was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about every question with hit him with! Great experience and we will be back

I was waited on as soon as I got into the store very knowledgable saleswoman.

Started out as 5 stars, ordered furniture and paid over the phone for special order back in May.......still waiting on receipt, was supposed to be emailed. Delivery coming supposedly 6/13...hopefully it's on time and isn't cheap crap that falls apart in a couple years. If it's crap.furniture for almost $1000/ a piece we will definitely let people know. We heard Bernie & Phil's had a good reputation, we'll see if the next generation has followed through the same !!!

Had to hunt around to find sales help, then some young kids says follow me to the recliner section. When we get there he say’s there they are, just look around, and was gone.
