I loove these swimsuits. They are really good quality and the shipping and cost is really good! Would buy again for sure!

It was super easy to order. I was a little nervous ordering from this site I’ve never heard of before and the fact that my items had no reviews, but I was hopeful. I didn’t read the return policy before ordering discount items but that’s on me. I was nervous about getting my item because there were no email updates, but I kept checking the tracking number and it was just fine. Overall, super happy about my purchase and super satisfied with my order and experience!

Love Lurex and the best one is at Berlook! I’m a UK customer and service delivery and price were all very clear and worth it for quality swimwear.
One point, I just find the USVs UK sizes mind boggling! True to size though!

It's the 3rd time I'm purchasing from Berlook. The website is so nicely done that searching for your favourite items it's just fun. Although there's so many amazing and lovely swimsuits that sometimes I find myself days deciding what to order.
One time I had some trouble with one of my purchases. I immediately contacted costume support and they were so helpful and patient with me.

I wish the return process were a little easier and I could do it on the website, print a label etc rather than have to email someone. Even so, the return process seems easy and straight forward. I like the option to donate the swimsuit that doesn't fit and receive a code for an exchange.

I ordered a suit that is way too small. The medium is like a small and the small is like an x-small. I have sent two messages to customer care to see if I can exchange for a larger size and haven’t received a reply.

I liked the styles available, I liked the sizing chart. I appreciated the messaged sent through WhatsApp about my purchase, so far so good.

I appreciate that this is an eco friendly company. I ordered a swimsuit from you last year and love it. I decided to order another one this summer. I have allergies to latex and also appreciate that you use cotton and very little outside allergen causing fabrics. Thank you for taking care of our planet and being conscientious about people’s sensitivities to certain fabrics. 😊

Everything was good, but the bottoms size was a bit too big even if the measurements are the same

Really good quality swimsuit, true to size and beautiful. In arrived within about two weeks. Beautiful package too. Got complimented by my partner as soon as I wore it. Will buy again from Berlook in the future for sure :)
