Claudia was thoughtful and knowledgeable. She took care and time to ask questions to provide a diagnosis. She was also open to listening to my thoughts on it all. She also recommended another session with a colleague to run through options, including meds.

Went through RTC and once they got my referral was able to book an assessment quick and titration appointment booked week after so was diagnosed and able to access treatment in a few weeks altogether. My assessor Rachel and prescriber Jelena were both very knowledgeable and helpful.

The team at Berkeley Psychiatrists are all lovely and have always gone the extra mile to ensure that any problems have been resolved as soon as possible. My specialist nurse under the Right to Choose program, and with whom I am now doing titration, Ms Hayley Ring, is kind, empathic, insightful and knowledgeable. Her insights and suggestions have very much helped me on my ADHD journey, which is complicated by having ME/CFS, and the discovery that some medications are not suitable due to the need for pacing. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to trial medications/dosages with Hayley's support and to at last be starting to feel as though I can mentally and emotionally cope much better with the challenges of day to day life with which I struggled so desperately before my diagnosis.

I felt the consultant had a good understanding of the medication and listened to my concerns. And therefore paired me with the most appropriate medication.

It was very quick for referral and diagnosis but titration appointments are not as frequent as other providers offer. This could be improved. The. Staff are very helpful and compassionate when dealing with patients.

Dr Joanna Woodger was both very professional, and very easy to talk to. I left the online meeting feeling seen and heard. Berkeley Psychiatrists were easy to connect and schedule with, which has not been the case with other practices I've researched. It is early days for me, but I am very satisfied with Berkeley Psychiatrists.
