Bought slippers on woucher 3 weeks ago, unable to track the item, unable to contact them, very dodgy. Don't trust them.

Brought doorbell camera not connect to phone usless

Paid for next day delivery and it took 8 days. Item a garden hose arrived damaged full of holes. Can not call them and no response to messages. £22.99 lost I am not very happy

Wis I'd read this site before placing my order. No receipt, no goods, no nothing.
I would recommend nobody use Wowvher and check their sellers thoroughly before placing an order. It's almost fraud..

contacted by email ref faulty dashcam only one month old. no reply

I can’t believe that I bought two lazy beanbags for the garden from Benzbag through wowcher that was meant to come on the 17th of this month and I still haven’t got my order does any of you know their contact number I am so angry right about now that they can take my money I’m not even have the respect to send me an email to say that they are going to be late

Sold air pod clones - i didn't realise as they look the same and I didn't note the subtle differences in the naming "air pros" rather than air pods. Also the price seem to imply premium headphone RRP of £300. What i received were cheap head phones - made by Huanyu, which i have never heard of. Ref 1804704225
I wished i had checked them out first - if I had seen the earlier reviews I would have avoided like the plague.

Item did not arrive within timeline,
I contacted the merchant several times and was continuously fobbed off, when it eventually did turn up it was a cheap and nasty excuse for a solar light.
This Company is a merchant thro Wowcher now known as Living social who charged £4.99 pp on top,
I would definitely not recommend the item, this Company or Living Social

Shocking company!! Ordered over £50 worth if sleeping bags through GoGroopie as Xmas presents. They did not come. Finally got hold of customer services with both companies. But neither will do anything as hermes said they delivered. Arguing has now gone on so long hermes no long have parcel details. I have asked for complaints department details or managing director information but am now being ignored. Shocking service. Avoid at all cost.

Unhelpful unprofessional company, happy to take your money and do not honour items sold, they do not communicate, do yourselves a favour and DO NOT SHOP ON WOWCHER, BOYCOTT BOTH COMPANIES AND LETS HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS

This company sells through 3 party sellers, even though the directors are the same, hoping that they don’t have to deal with complaints. I bought a video doorbell that doesn’t work, it is situated 100 mm my door frame and you can walk up to and unlock the door and walk in, without it registering human movement!! Having spoken with the makers of the bell, they have acknowledged the fault. But I’m still waiting for Benz bag to respond!!

Absolutely rubbish company sent me a face tracking no no courtier details I am reporting to trading standards complete violation to the consumer trading act

I ordered something from Wowcher, the expected delivery date came and went, they told me to contact the company which is benzbag, I did not hear any response from them, they are just absolutely useless, and when I finally got a response they told me they cannot give me a refund and to send my purchase back when I receive it, total nonsense!! I have learnt the best way to deal with these companies is to ring your bank, tell them what’s happened, raise a dispute, and the bank Will give you your money back straight away, and they will have a dispute against them.

Keep well away from these products. Warranty is very short and customer service is shockingly poor. I bought a heated jacket and even after showing proof that the wiring was faulty and jacket now no longer heating. The response given was as follows

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the item you purchased.
Apologize that we cannot either refund you or replace it as it has been over warranty.
The warranty is 12 weeks by the way !

Waste of money it took 3 goes to get one the would fit. The guide says to go a size larger but I’ve ended up with one 5 sizes larger. It takes ages to heat and doesn’t heat all over or hold the heat for long

They use the old chestnut we don't deliver to that postcode trying to contact another scammer woucher is another joke the pay Pal say wait 3 months then if not contact we will bump the claim up finished with both these scammers

I brought 2 x video doorbell cameras - I chose these as you can insert an SD card rather than having to pay for storage. I had opened one to test. Disappointed to see there were no batteries included.
I had bought them through Discount Experts, as like most of the country I have to watch my pennies. I checked the vouchers used to redeem this offer and nowhere does it say that it will not include batteries. I had checked the fine print as well as the description.
Looking these batteries up I would have to pay a further £40 for two sets, for the two doorbells to include the charging cradle as they are not typical AA or AAA rechargeable batteries.

If I had known that, I wouldn’t have got them in the first instance. I screenshot all the information that comes on the voucher and website and sent it to Benzbag. Not one point about the batteries are on there - granted its on their website direct but I never went through that.

So I kindly asked if they would arrange collection of these cameras, FOC under the basis that the information isn’t available on the advert and has therefore been misleading.

First email back - they refused and basically told me to go buy the batteries.

When I pointed out that the consumer rights act states by law they cannot refuse this, they then agreed to take them back but is refusing to pay the postage. Even though I paid postage to get the stuff here! I pointed out that this was not a return because I have not changed my mind. It was missing parts based on the advert.

They still REFUSED to pay for the return despite me further pointing out that the consumer rights act states that the retailer is responsible for the return.

So I am now escalating it further because they refuse to take responsibility.

Ordered a gillet xl for my mum totally disappointed as it would fit a 6 year old child. No advice note in package for returns. When I ordered this item through wowcher it said nothing about the extra charge for postage only when directed to benzbag. I would not order again from wowcher.
