Bought a mobile phone in November 2025. Phone e developed audio fault in June 2026, o ly 8 months old. Contacted Benzbag for repair and they claim phone warranty was only for three months despite it being brand new. I would never use this seller again as their customer service is nonexistent . If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. Terrible company that nobody should ever use.

Apalling company selling cheap 'temu' items on Wowcher and no idea on the sizing of items. Will NEVER use Wowcher or them again and suggest others avoid.

Please do not use this company. Bought heated body warmers extra large was like a small. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a black t shirt in black...size x large got ...an xxlarge in pink wont be touching this company again .

Got samsung earbud2 for wowcher the look good sound good . But will not connect to galaxy wearable so can't do things with them on that

€24.99 taken from my bank account through Living Social to Benzbag for a set of samsung compatible noise cancelling earbuds! No earbuds, money gone! AVOID

WARNING!! Would have been a zero. Ordered a doorbell camera through Wowcher from this site. Product not at all as described with disfunctional features. The worst thing though in the instructions manual comes with a QR code that leads you to a different Health care site that requests bank details for you progress any further. I have reported this an it is a common scam/fraud with customers saying they had multiple payments taken from their account. Avoid at all costs.

Advert was misleading.
Item was only released to be sent once I complained it hadn’t arrived - twice.
Customer service is cut and paste.
Overpriced, customer service is hoping you’ll forget you ordered, and after all that you won’t get what you ordered.
Steer well clear.

One star is way too many. Bought a heated gilet via Wowcher. They then added on delivery charges previously unmentioned and took 4 weeks to deliver a piece of trash. Barely heats and only in the tiniest patch at the neck. Size is also ridiculous - a large is like an extra small. Just utter rubbish.

Made the mistake of buying from wowcher! This company sent me my item late and when it arrived the sizing was completely shocking! Then I went to use the heated gilet and it was completely broken!! Wish I’d seen how poor their reviews are before I wasted my hard earned money!!! Shocking company! And disgusted at wowcher, who used to be genuine many years ago!

Absolutely shocking product, I should have known better, have struggled to get hold of them, This has put me off buying from wowcher entirely and I will never use again!!!

Such a con, paid for delivery,paid for a return, for a heated gilet not fit for purpose. I even followed Thier sizing guide and ordered 2 sizes bigger. If only I checked them out here first

Bought cordless grass trimmer also, completely useless stops as son as it touches grass and I am talking just lawn edge not a major strimmer job.

I bought a USB heated gilet from Benzbag, tried to charge it and it won't work. Looked everywhere to try and contact Benzbag to ask for instruction, but they don't have any contact availability. If click on 'contact us' on the website, you're repeatedly sent back to the the shop homepage. Tried clicking on Facebook and Twitter links, again, back to homepage. Seriously, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Am reluctant to even give 1 star, Benzbag is a complete joke, why is wowcher selling their stuff when you can not even get hold off them on any site an wowcher says u have contact them an wait 72hrs for a reply, an they give u this to contact them helpbenzbag.com ment be a @ after help but wasn't able put that in as they won't allow it, so did an all I got was their shopping site absolutely disgusted that wowcher are selling their stuff an have no contact details for their customers

Item not true to size very dissapointed ordered 4xl you would b lucky it would fit a sd size 16.
