The delivery team were very professional and helpful. When they first delivered the bed, they identified a fault with the headboard straight away and arranged for a replacement immediately. Within about seven days, the new headboard was delivered and fitted properly. Everything was resolved smoothly and I really appreciate the team’s efficiency and customer service.

Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, both in the showroom and over the phone, when I had to change the bed size on my order. I felt very confident dealing with them.

This review is about the installation as the product is great. Bensons had asked for fed back which I provided and didn’t respond, so here it goes public. Well the pair that installed my TV bed expressed how important it was that we turned our TV off when not in use as it is very likely to overheat when stored away in the foot of the bed! And oh don’t we know it this exactly what the pair of clowns that installed the bed did! They also told us to air the room for at least a few hours. So near bed time we went up to make the bed and the foot of the bed was burning hot where they had left the TV on and stored away, exactly what they had told us not to do! The next day I noticed the cable for the power supply was trapped had against the extremely heavy bed and skirting board. Again if this had been left noticed by myself would have potentially caused problems. So if you want someone to trying and cause an electrical fire at your new home call Bensons!!!

Customer service was excellent. We had regular updates about our bed being built, finished and wrapped. Our bed is perfect and just like the bed in store but this one is actually ours 💕

Bed arrived with a large tear in the base fabric.
The mattress had small mark with a pinhole in a most prominent position.
Three walls in the hall / stairs/landing all had scuff marks as a result of trying to get the mattress up the stairs in an inefficient procedure.Took five days to eventually contact the head office as the shop was unattainable.

Really impressive service from start to finish. Alan in the Gloucester showroom was really very helpful, giving me sound advice whilst also leaving me to ask questions and make my mind up without any hint of pushiness.
On the day of delivery, the delivery team called 30 minutes ahead so that I was ready for them. Both members of the delivery team were really professional and courteous, took great care within my house, negotiating a tricky staircase with several bends in it, and also took the packaging away after leaving the mattress in place.
I would definitely recommend Benson’s to friends and family.

I was greeted my Matt as I entered Benson for Beds and he helped me choose the right mattress , explaining the difference between types of mattresses.
He talked me through the whole process of the purchase and answered any queries I had.
All in all the very positive experience

We were greeted and Alan discussed with us what we were wanting to choose. He was extremely helpful and directed us to the mattresses that suited our requirements and preferences. We were allowed ample time to relax and try out the mattresses and pillows, which really helped us both to reach a satisfactory conclusion on our choice. We felt reassured when the quality and materials were explained and matched our request for natural materials. At no time did we feel hurried, on the contrary, we were advised to take our time and given a cup of coffee whilst dealing with the paperwork. Everything was well organised, thorough and we went away with the paperwork and knowing that we had made the right choice in going back to Bensons Beds in Gloucester again for this important purchase

Ordered Tv bed in February. Paid £134 for installation. All went well. Tried Smart Tv. it would not come on line. (We were not given any instructions regarding Tv. or bed surround sound). Informed Bensons, they sent a technician who fixed beds and knew nothing about Tv's. Eventually we were referred to a company who supplied the Tv. even though we purchased it from Bensons. Trying to speak to somebody was hard and when I did I was often told I would be called back. I went back to bensons and eventually, I was in informed the Tv. would be exchanged. By this time I had given up on the Tv. I was emailed and was told to remove the Tv. Which I had paid to have inatalled so that it couled be collected by the courier. The reason I paid was, I'm 81 years old and passed it! This went on upto the beginning of April. I went on holiday, on my return I tried the Tv. Again and it worked and has done since. I was still waiting to find out who was going to remove the Tv. I informed Bensons and suggested that at the very least I would like an apology. I am still waiting and suspect, will be for a long time.
