Good choice of beds and was immediately told there's more online. So we ordered 1 bed in store and a bunk bed online. The assistant was brilliant and ordered it all for us. Once we had chosen we were ordered and out of the shop withing 15 minutes.

From shopping in store to delivery at home the experience was excellent. Staff in the Dundee store were very friendly, not pushy at all leaving us to pick out what we wanted. We have shopped there previously and knew exactly what we wanted. Delivery drivers were also very friendly and texted ahead of specified time slot to say they could arrive earlier if it suited. Would reccomend 100%

A mixed bag
The P2P delivery and installation was excellent.
However, one would expect a) both the bed and the mattress would be delivered at the same time, and b) the customer would not be expected to make and agree the final delivery details with P2P.

Smooth from start to finish. Dad chose his bed and mattress with delivery at the end of the same week. Arrived on time and delivery on time with the details advised to me by telephone. Added extra of being delivered straight to room of choice. Excellent.
