We got exactly what we wanted!
Lovely staff- we had Amen help us and she was so helpful. Showed us exactly what we wanted and advised us on what we were looking for. She left us to discuss with no pressure and was extremely helpful with the buying process.

We were nicely greeted when we entered the store by very knowledgeable assisistants who guided us through the various options to enable us to make a prompt decision and buy the product most suitable.

Excellent service
No pressure from the sales team, we were able to browse and take our time. We were given useful information and advice. Delivery will take up to 5 weeks so I can't comment about that. It's another company that is used however I did feel that it was a bit pricey. That being said, I got a good deal and I am pleased with my decision.

The bed was delivered with care and our old bed taken with respect
The bed was made up for us and we were shown what to do with the remote controls

We had a great experience and were given a thorough demonstration of the available matresses with attention payed to our individual requirements. We never felt under any pressure and were impressed with the choice of options.

The staff and service provided at the Derby Metro Cemtre was excellent and amazing.
The staff and service provided at the Benson Beds in the Derby shop was the best I have ever been offered. From the moment we arrived to the aftercare, both from the manager, Jay and his staff has continued to patiently help us making a very important decision. Sleep is very important and this shop and staff know how to assist. Thank you.

A happy customer
From entering the store to leaving, I was treated with respect & listened to by Emily. I knew basically what I wanted but Emily gave me advice where needed I was shown different beds & mattresses to meet my budget & nothing was too much trouble.
