Brilliant service. Knowledgable, helpful, and friendly.
We were looking to buy a new mattress. Josh listened to our concerns, requirements and expectations and talked us through his recommendations and specifically how he would narrow them down. First we tried a machine which tested the pressure points when lying down, and could adjust the firmness accordingly. This gave us a great indication of what was right for us, and then we could try the right mattresses knowing why they were more suitable than others. Crucially Josh gave us some decent pillows which made a huge difference. He also showed us in detail how the mattresses are constructed and how they compare to other brands we'd seen online.
All in all it was a great experience we were talked through the delivery process which seemed easy and straightforward. Hannah his colleague was equally friendly and helpful.

The staff in the actual shop were lovely, very experienced and really helped.
The staff in the actual shop were brilliant and lovely people that really helped, and later, the guys who delivered the new mattress and took away the old one were charming, efficient and top notch.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bensons For Beds to anyone; they are number one in my books.
