They don't honour their guarantee
They don't honour their guarantee. I bought 2 mattresses and they told me they were suitable for an adjustable bed, but both have gone lumpy and have deep crevices. They told me I had to measure the depths of the indentation by putting a ruler across the mattress and measure the depth.
What difference is it how deep the indentation? It is lumpy and uncomfortable and they would not accept that.

Max in the Colchester store was great. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the shop asked us relevant questions which then led to us buying the mattress we did on the day. He then went out of his way to ensure that the delivery of the mattress matched the day we get our new bed frame. .

Hello Mr Lowe,
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you're happy with the mattress and that your delivery arrived on time.
We're sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the pricing. We understand how frustrating it can be to see a lower price shortly after making a purchase, especially after asking whether the quoted price was the best available. We will ensure your comments are passed as feedback.

Bensons Colchester
Went into Bensons for Beds in Colchester dealt with Paul, good lad, what I liked was there was no pressure, nothing more annoying than salesmen hassling you, but we asked Paul lots of questions, and he redirected us and knew all the products which was great, we had an idea of "good makes" of bed, but we wanted to see which way Paul directed, and he was neutral and honest all the way through all good and the after service at the moment with texts, and emails is really good - so far so good although not got the bed yet, now I need to decorate the bedroom ! ha ha
