Bensons For Beds - Castleford Reviews 

We went to the Bensons For Beds retail shop at Junction 32 Outlet at Castleford. Originally just to look at a Silentnight Mattress that we had seen online. We were told that particular mattress wasn’t stocked at the shop, so we had a look at a few others with the assistance of Jane. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up looking at the Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool mattress, which after trying out, we decided to buy. The price in the shop was not competitive when compared with the online price direct from Tempur. We took some details and decided to think about buying one. We received a call within about 10mins of leaving the shop saying that they would match the online price as their Black Friday deals were due shortly. We went back and ordered the Tempur Mattress, 2 x Tempur Pillows and Tempur Mattress protector for delivery on 9th December.
The mattress, pillows and mattress protector were delivered today as expected. Excellent experience of the delivery, just as the initial sale was. The only issue is the mattress protector was found to have a dirty patch on it when we unpacked it and fitted it to the mattress. I contacted Customer Service but did not get a response. After Sonya at Bensons For Beds Castleford saw my initial review, she arranged for us to collect a new Mattress Protector straight away! Excellent Customer Service! I would highly recommend Bensons For Beds Castleford.

We where drawn to a few deals which where as we entered the store and we took further interest when the mattresses in question where sold to us through your assistant knowledge of the product.
