Staff were friendly and attentive we did not feel pressured whilst in store.. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products especially Karen who answered our many questions and talked us through various options of bed designs and mattress’s.

We bought a mattress and were assisted excellently by Kyle. He was so kind and was very helpful with his knowledge and finding the correct mattress that would suit our needs. Kyle knew what he was talking about when it came to beds he wasn’t at all pushy and let us decide and just advised, hopefully we’ve found the right bed for us without any sales gimmicks

Really had a good experience, we was greeted by graham who told us about the offers they had on in store then left us to browse with no sales pressure which I really liked, Graham was on hand to answer all my questions in an informative manner, we browsed for about an hour before making our selection delivery will be next week, couldn't ask for better service well pleased.

Sunday Shopping
Tyrrell made himself known to us shortly after we entered the store, gave us a quick run down of what products were where and then left us to browse. He then appeared at what seemed to be just the right moment to alleviate us of £2000 of our hard earned, classic salesman 101. I have no complaints, we needed a new mattress, just required a nudge in the right direction. Would visit the store again!

Great service
Great service from Tyrrell and colleages. Including the manager. They were so helpful. Nothing worse than feeling hounded when going into places. But we walked in the store and was greeted by a warm and friendly salesman. I found what i was looking for in my budget. Just needed to go back home as i didnt have the measurements on hand. Went back to the store over a week later with my quote and realised the sale ended. I was gutted. However the team there were so helpful and were able to quote match. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family
