Visit to Bournemouth branch
Glenn was very helpful and gave good advice to help us choose the right bed for our needs, he also wasn’t too pushy like other assistants can be.

Slumberland Mattress
Great customer service. Not pushy in any way. Tried several mattresses but still a bit unsure. Returned after a week and eventually went for the original mattress I liked. Better still it arrives in under 2 weeks.

Excellent customer service!
Very friendly and helpful staff from the minute we walked in. Knew exactly the product we were after (wanted similar mattress as we had previously purchased a few years back but in a different size) and were knowledgable about stock. Brilliant service!
