Amelie in the Bournemouth store was superb. Went in without a clue of what to get, but then after discussion with Amelie I came out with a bed, mattress and headboard that I was really happy with. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole experience.

We had such good service last time we knew Bensons was the right company to buy our new king-size mattress from. Practically it had the largest group of orthopedic mattresses we could test in store. The sales person was really knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I would definitely go there again!

Outstanding comfort I-Gel Advance 4400i plush top mattress
I am so disappointed as the expensive (over £2,000) mattress (I Gel Advance 4400i plush top mattress super king) arrived with a large black stain on it! I have waited for weeks for it to be made and delivered. Bensons offered a discount or to return it for a replacement.
With regard to the I-Gel Advance 4400i Plush top mattress quality….it is simply the best and most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! If you are looking for a soft mattress, then this is the one for you! You will not regret spending the money.

Glen at the Bournemouth branch was very helpful
Glen at the Bournemouth branch was very helpful when it came to choosing our new mattress.
We bought our waterbed from this store a number of years ago - which we still love but decided it was time to change back to a traditional mattress.
We wanted to get something just as comfortable to sleep on as our waterbed - without the water!
Glen showed us the Staples and co refresh eco latex 3000 pocket.
That was it - we’d found our replacement!
