The local shop was easy to park at
The local shop was easy to park at, as it is located in a retail park, and offered a good range of options in a relaxed atmosphere with no sales pressure. When we had made our choice ordering was straightforward.
We were kept informed about the delivery time well in advance.
Delivery and installation of the new bed, and removal of the old one was efficiently and quickly carried out to our complete satisfaction.

The staff weren’t particularly…
The staff weren’t particularly welcoming and we found the lady who served us quite abrasive. We’d agreed on the bed we would like, and the lady then took our deposit without showing us the bill. We were then surprised to find a £50 delivery charge which we were not made aware of in advance. We understand there is often delivery costs, but we should have been informed as £50 is a lot of money.
Additionally, I was told that our finance would be over 10 months. I didn’t realise this was optional, and that other lengths of finance were available. We weren’t given this option.
Lastly when I asked if I could pay with American Express I was met with a very sharp ‘No’.

Excellent visit, very pleased!
We visited to buy a mattress and all good. Glenn, the manager was most knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Lots of choice. My wife needs a scooter to get around, due to disability and shop spacious.
We are glad to have chosen Bensons. Strongly recommend them.

Excellent service.
From the point of entering the shop. Greeted by staff that knew their job so well. Identity died the mattress we needed. To the point of delivery .. I could not be happier.
Delivery advice well communicated . And the delivery men were so helpful and courteous. They even took their shoes off, without me asking.
A totally positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
