The issue with my order has been sorted very quickly.

I bought the bed and mattress. I called up today to ask for a refund as i found similar bed and mattress £200 cheaper. They refused to give me refund on the 8th day. Been told that ive been told that i have 7 days to cancel. they said a 20% admin fee is what they take for refunds. so they are taking £175 for a refund. Total scam. stay away from benson for beds as they said they take a 20% deposit for finance. They said it is 0% interest but still they take money which is for if people cancel they take for themselves. Ive been scammed. First time i shopped with benson and it will be the last. Please don't shop with benson. Customer service is terrible.

We wanted to purchase 2 ottoman beds. Jay at the Becton branch was extremely helpful. His advice and guidance made the whole process very easy for us. We got the best deal without a pushy salesperson which we had experienced in other stores earlier that day.

Very helpful staff

They sales lady was not friendly at all, very straight to the point. When we asked for a particular mattress, she just told us it's very expensive - that simply means she sized us up. Bad customer service.

I was very impressed with the service I received when I bought my bed. I thought the mattress tester was excellent. I'm sure when I receive my bed I won't be disappointed.

I needed a new bed and had a budget in mind after explaining what I needed to the nice lady who listened I was taken to the beds to suit my needs. Bingo bed purchased.

I came to this store just to price up a new bed mattress and headboard but ended up purchasing them, the service I got from the sales gentleman was very good I think his name was Jayanth he was very acknowledgment answered all my questions and was very patient, I think it was his patience and friendliness was the reason I purchased on the day.
