Phoned ahead to ask questions, and decided to head to the shop to place an order. Was greeted by a lovely woman called Chloe who introduced herself, was polite, friendly and allowed us to take our time looking around while also making herself available for questions. We looked around but still decided on our original choice. Chloe made the whole process easy to understand, gave us all the relevant information and answered all our questions professionally while also giving off a relaxed vibe that made us feel comfortable chatting to her. The whole process of purchasing was done quickly, we didn't have to wait around, if anything Chloe had to wait while I chased my 18 month old round the shop! Great customer service and a happy customer. Will return for future purchases.

Very happy we chose Bensons for 2 beds and mattresses. The assistant was very helpful showing us different options before we made our choices. Plenty to choose from and very competitive prices. We were kept informed of progress of our order and in the end the beds arrived a week earlier than predicted. The delivery guys were very friendly and respectful of our home. Very happy customer and the beds are perfect.

Your delivery people were rude not wanting to take our new mattress up 2 flights of stairs claiming they were tired.

Kept me informed of delivery time. Courteous despite a long journey delivering to small villages in a huge truck, holiday traffic and hot weather. We assumed our mattress would be delivered to main store and forwarded to us in a smaller vehicle. 10 out of 10 to delivery men John and Tom who also removed our old mattress. They then went to Barnstaple store before a long journey home which l anticipate would have taken them well into the evening with Friday traffic on a bank holiday weekend

Very friendly helpful showroom assistant-Sue. Left us alone to look around but immediate help and information when required.

I did purchase a mattress but I was very disappointed that you did not have a small double divan type bed with a foot board. I have to buy a bed from elsewhere, where there are plenty on offer.

We have had excellent service throughout our experience with Bensons. From our purchase through to delivery. Guys delivering the mattress phoned in advance and delivered on time. They were very careful, polite and informative. Difficult to fault any part of the process. Would strongly recommend.
