Friendly helpful staff who gave you all options & didn't pressurise you into making a decision. Nothing worse than feeling you are not being allowed to make up your own mind.

I would just like to say Paul at the Ayr store was extremely patient and attentive both when I initially bought my mattress and two days later when I wanted to change it for a softer version. I am now very happy with my new mattress. Thank you Paul.

Joss from the Ayr store went above and beyond to assist my grandfather in finding an appropriate bed and mattress for his needs, and the needs of my disabled grandmother. Joss was very knowledgeable and ensured my grandfather got the most of his money, making him feel at ease during the whole experience and made sure he understood exactly what he was ordering, putting his mind at ease.

I personally will be returning to purchase my own bed/mattress in the new year as I was so impressed with prices and the customer service.

A visit to the Ayr branch to find a bed frame proved worthwhile. I spoke with an extremely helpful staff member, who listened as I described what I needed. He showed me to a British product of high quality that was being sold at a very good price.

The frame was delivered on the date and time arranged and assembled swiftly. Communication throughout purchase and delivery process was excellent.

First Class Service all the way from start to finish from Benson Beds and their delivery team. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The shop messed up my order but customer service dealt with the problem immediately and made the the problem better straight away and the person I dealt with was brilliant right down to the customer service manager so thanks to them i shall give them excellent customer service

Jocelyn was extremely good at understanding what we were looking for and pointing us to the bed etc. that best suited our needs. She made the process very easy.

From going into Bensons for Beds until having my Base delivered your service was “1st Class” the Gentleman who advised me to the delivery Young Men I can’t praise them enough. The base itself is perfect and the quality brilliant, THANK YOU.

As a first time buyer. Our assistant's Paul & Chris were fantastic. Friendly from the get go. We told Paul what we were looking for and he was straight up showing us all kinds of beds. Detailing each one as we went. He was very understanding and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. There was no over selling by any means. We felt really relaxed and we spent two hours talking about all types of beds and what we liked/disliked. Finally we picked our bed and have no regrets. We payed for the installation along with the care kit. Everything was given in detail and explained really well. The deliverymen managed to set up the bed within 45 minutes. Every bolt/nut is on tight. There's no wobbling or over tightening. They built it very well.

I've never paid for a proper bed before. It was always from online. And over the years my body has suffered. I personally suffer Fibromyalgia (Chronic Pain). And to be able to sleep on a proper bed is a relief. They take illness's into account also. Which is great to see. It's always been a trust thing with me. But now knowing they delivered everything they sought out to do for us. I'd recommened and buy from Bensons For Beds again.

Our visit was a bit of a whim. We were intending to buy a new mattress and went in to have a look. We tried out various ones. The assistant was friendly, courteous and was knowledgeable. We eventually found a mattress we were happy with and the extra discount deal settled it. So we bought it. The service was well explained and was excellent

Our salesman Paul was very good in explaining the different types of mattresses and we took the test to see which firmness we preferred. Straight away he showed us to the mattress which we eventually bought. He was very pleasant and did not rush our decision.
