From the moment I realised I liked the house ( which was still being finished) Steph at the wickets development has been wonderful. Friendly and super pleasant to deal with but professional at all times throughout the process I simply can’t thank her enough her communication throughout has been first class and I’d recommend Bellway Homes to anyone looking to purchase.

We have recently moved in to our lovely new home, and Steph from The Wickets has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. Steph has provided clarity and support, making the moving in journey so enjoyable. We highly recommend Ashberry / Bellway, and Steph is a credit to the company.

From start to finish, the sales team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive. As first-time buyers, we felt everything was explained clearly and professionally, which made the whole process much less daunting. During our visits, the site team were fantastic. They kept us informed at every stage of the build and gave us the opportunity to see the progress of our new home, which made the experience even more exciting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The communication was excellent throughout, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home. Gemma at Centurion Chase has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole buying process, we couldn’t thank her enough. From start to finish she put us at ease and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We’ve had a very positive experience and we absolutely love our new home. Also a thank you to Sarah who helped at the start of the process and Mark the site manager who has also been amazing.

We have a lot of snagging to do, I am assured that it will be completed in the coming weeks.

Well, we are only at the 'reserved plot' stage, so there is a long way to go, but so far I can't fault Bellway. Both the sales staff and part exchange staff have worked with us, kept us informed and been very supportive.

The whole buying experience from start to finish was so supported and much less stressful than we anticipated. Charlotte and Claire in the sales office at Forest Walk were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout. We were constantly kept up to date and no question was seen as too silly. The site team were fantastic and we had positive interactions with David the site manager as well as Jess and Raj who were all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The site itself is of fantastic quality and we have yet to find any issues with our new home. We couldn't be happier and we feel incredibly lucky that we got a house on the site!

Having secured a property at the Bellway Development Langmead Place in Angmering, I am both delighted to have done so and have had my expectations far exceeded by the process. In particular by the sales representative Sam Jones. Sam has made this a very seamless and pleasant experience, and her customer support, product knowledge and customer communication have been exceptional. I could not have asked for more in what can be a challenging experience. Rarely have I experienced a better customer experience, and my sincere thanks to Sam, who is a credit to Bellway. 

Anna at Woodland Edge has been incredible. We are so happy with all of the support we have been given by her. I would also like to shout out Colin, Cam and Rob who have always been so welcoming on site, and have made us feel like we can ask anything and get the help we need. We are only a few days in but the service has been amazing so far.

The sales advisor was real helpful and went through everything step by step and bellway them selves did everything they could do.

Sam at Langmead Place has been absolutely brilliant throughout our new-build purchase — helpful, attentive and always there when we needed her, without ever putting us under any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable.

Buying a house is a long and sometimes stressful process, and my journey was no exception. However, everything came together towards the end thanks to the outstanding support and professionalism of the Sales Manager and the Site Managers.

They were always approachable, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had. Their communication, dedication, and attention to detail made the final stages of the process much smoother and far less stressful. Their commitment and customer care truly made a difference.
