I've dealt with 2 salespeople as there was a crossover, both were equally knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I've had my site visit and Mark has been very accommodating and helpful with advice.
This is my second Bellway purchase, I think they're the best in their class of house builders.

Buying our new home through Bellway has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and well-organised.

The sales team (Sarah and Debbie) were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions we had. They kept us informed throughout the entire journey and made us feel supported every step of the way.

The home demonstration appointment before we moved in was excellent and made us feel so much more confident about settling into our new home - (Thank you to Florin!) Everything was explained clearly, from how the heating system and appliances work to how to look after our new build home.

The quality of our new home is excellent, and we're really happy with the finish and attention to detail. Any small queries we had after moving in were dealt with quickly and professionally by the customer care team (Ella-May & Stefan), which gave us real confidence that Bellway genuinely cares about its customers.

We absolutely love our new home and would happily recommend Bellway to anyone looking for a high-quality new build. Thank you to everyone involved for making our home-buying journey such a positive and exciting experience!

Fantastic Experience with Our First Home!
We recently purchased our very first home, and the entire experience with Bellway has been fantastic. From start to finish, the process was made so much easier thanks to the incredible team.
A special shoutout goes to our sales officer, Kerry. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire journey—always professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. As first-time buyers, we had endless questions, but Kerry went above and beyond to keep us informed, reassured, and excited every step of the way.
The build quality is great, and we are absolutely loving our new home. Like any new build, there are a few snagging issues, but we are confident and hopeful that the team will have these sorted out for us very soon.

Great communication. Site and deputy site managers cannot do enough for you. Minimal snagging list upon moving in. Donna & Leon very helpful in first stages. Impressed with quality of our house which already is home !!

Michelle and Vicky have been fabulous with us since the first time we met. No question is a stupid question and she’s genuinely as excited as we are. Can’t wait for her to help us finish building our dream home.

Very disappointed to write this review. Having spent close to half a million pounds on a house, you do not expect to have tiles fitted in the bathrooms that do not remotely match the sample chosen. Furthermore, you don’t expect the sales manager to decide that she feels these tiles are acceptable and not even entertain discussion on a resolution. This has led me to raise a formal complaint. I am also extremely disappointed that we paid to have our garden turfed to the tune of £800 and the ground underneath has not been prepped, leaving a completely unusable lawn!

Tracy the sales executive at the bellway Elemore branch was superb from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion over a period of months. She was patient and understanding and went out of her way to make sure you were happy. Sadly this type of customer service is lacking these days so it was a nice change to receive exceptional customer service. Tracy has a lovely friendly personality, you will certainly have a great experience. Bellway clearly build to a better standard than their competitors which is quite apparent.
