Good Product
As yet the bed has not been slept on, but I have had a trail nap. Appears to be very comfortable. The service was exceptional. Next day delivery, arrived boxed but already put together. Really easy to unfold, there were two of us, but one person could manage it. Lightweight, but sturdy. I had a question, sent an email, almost instant reply. Very professional and friendly service.

Amazing service & Fantastic Turnaround
Amazing service! We found ourselves short 1 Emperor tent with less than 24hrs before we needed it to house young people on our summer camp. Rang Bell Tent Sussex and they sent one immediately. It arrived and was put up in less that 24hrs. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again

Superb !
I did thorough research to find the right tent — one that’s waterproof and warm enough for winter use.
I ended up with a 7m-wide bell tent, which comfortably fits around 18–20 people seated. We’ve held various ceremonies and men’s circles inside during the winter, and it has worked perfectly every time.
I’m genuinely pleased I chose a Bell Tent, especially given the excellent quality, fast shipping, and outstanding customer service.
If you’re looking for a proper bell tent, this is without a shadow of a doubt the place to get one!

This company was recommended to me and I looked at the luxury camped but sadly they couldn’t deliver for when I needed it. I had to cancel the order and I talked to Chis who couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. My payment was refunded immediately with no fuss and bother. Will definitely use this company again.
