Fantastic service. Communication is excellent. They are quick to answer and questions you have and give thorough feedback. Quick delivery. I got the pro bell tent. I haven't put it up yet as I'm waiting for Spring to arrive and I know it will be a beautiful tent. Would highly recommend Bell Tent Sussex without hesitation.

Really love my teepee
Really love my teepee! I bought it for a solo trip around Europe, I went for a larger one so I could feel at home wherever I went. It arrived quickly, really great quality, it did well in storms, hailstones and extreme heat! Really easy to put up, even on your own, they can be heavy if you go for a larger one like I chose, but I knew all my camp spots were near my car so no problem. Definitely recommend this company

Great to know it handled storms, hail and extreme heat exactly as it should. Choosing a larger size for comfort is always a good call, and you are absolutely right that they can be heavier, but as you said, having the car nearby makes it a non issue.

The best gift we have ever bought our son and his wife.
I ordered through the B&Q Website and was kept up to date re the orders progress, expected delivery and it arrived bang on time. This was purchased as a gift for our son and his wife who have been camping for many years in a very old nylon tent and when they discovered the Canvas Bell Tent they couldn’t stop talking about it so we bought it as a surprise gift. They used it this summer and are still talking about it! Things they have said they have been really impressed with is the space, the ease of putting it up and that it is dark inside at night so they can sleep soundly and the big bonus is that it doesn’t flap about in the wind! It will last them for many years to come. It’s lovely to give a gift that is met with such enthusiasm so thank you for what turned out to be the best buy ever.

We was looking for Bell Tent
We was looking for Bell Tent, then my daughter found this Bell Tent, which was easy to assemble, and I was very happy because all of us fitted on it, we use it us a living room, we was 12 people, on this weekend that we camped rain but , we was very comfortable inside of the tent.
I highly recommend, anyone who is looking to spend wonderful time with family and friends in camping.

Excellent communication, knowledge and reputation
I have been looking for a bell tent to use for my son’s birthday party and to use to host family and friends. I was unsure which size would be best and sent a chat message to Bell Tent Sussex.
The company were very responsive and replied within minutes. The information given was informative and practical and I was given lots of suitable options.
Bell Tent Sussex are not at all pushy for a sale and I have purchased a bell tent from them, based on good communication, knowledge and reputation.
