I appreciated prompt communication. Inspection was arranged quickly via the estate agent, carried out on the agreed date, and the report returned within two working days. All at a very reasonable price, especially as compared to other quotes received.

I rate the service received very highly as not only were Bellspire able to attend the property in question on the same day that I approached them but they kept me informed throughout the process both on what to expect and how the process would work regarding surveys. When I had queries in relation to what was found I found them very helpful in sourcing assistance in rectifying an issue. Customer service both at point of contact and in the follow up was excellent and they were happy to maintain contact to ensure queries were resolved.
