I instructed Bellrivers Real Estate to manage my property and collect rent on my behalf.

In November, Bethany at Bellrivers confirmed that rent was being collected from my tenants, but stated that due to issues with Bellrivers’ bank, the funds could not be released to me until a few days later.

That explanation was given over two months ago. It is now three months later, and I have not received a single penny of rent.

Since providing that explanation, Bellrivers has failed to resolve the issue and has become effectively unresponsive to repeated emails, phone calls, and messages. No written reconciliation, no payment timeline, and no meaningful update has been provided.

The prolonged failure to remit rent they confirmed was collected, combined with total lack of communication, raises serious concerns about professional standards and client-money handling.

I would strongly advise landlords to exercise extreme caution and to independently verify rent collection and transfers if dealing with this agency.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bellrivers Real Estate.

Absolute SCAM. This agent called Bethany is extremely dishonest and does not operate legally. Her listings might go through someone called Marcel, presumably in on the scam. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM. I've lost over 2k pounds due to their scam.

These people are fake, this company is fake. I recommend everyone go onto ''Companies House'' and look at their Accounts. They have a worker called ''Bethany'' (May not be her real name). Not a nice person whatsoever. I need EVERYONE not to give these people the time of the day. Not a single review on them online, I have to bring this to light.
