I want this website shut down cause for one they are false advertising product that they are not sending customers just as the last person wrote on their review was ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ON WHAT THEY TOLD HER AN A EMAIL CAUSE I RECEIVED THE SAME EMAIL AND THE WRONG PRODUCT, I ALSO ORDERED THE BELLA DONA PRO AND RECEIVED SOME FLAT IRONS THAT I ALREADY HAVE IN FACT 3 PAIRS OF FLAT IRONS. SO I WANT THIS WEBSITE SHUT DOWN CAUSE THEY BEATING PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY AND ITS NOT RIGHT FOR, I WAITED FOR 3 WEEKS FOR A PRODUCT I DIDNT PAY FOR!!!😡😡😡

This website is totally scam. I was trapped by looking all the nice reviews on website but actually those reviews are not from the customers as When i tried to write a review there is no option for me to do it.
I have ordered BELLA DONNA HAIR STRAIGHTENER PRO in March and I received a completely different product after 15 days which is not at all the same company and is with scratches and looks like a used one. I tried to contact customer support team and asked them to send me the right product or else to refund my money back and the response i received is
"Due to a large volume of orders, our main supplier was out of stock. In order to ensure deliveries to our customers, and as mentioned on our website, it may happen that we go through another supplier.". If it is out of stock, the company must say it as out of stock and not send some cheap product to us.Its like you ordered ZARA dress and due to out of stock they deliver you some roadside dress. Please dont fall on this website. They never refund or care about your issue.
