Sad End For A Loyal Customer

A young lady cut my 9 year old sons hair on a walk in appointment. I have been a loyal customer for around 9 years with my oldest son. She did a terrible job, hacked way too short on one side and not blended, looks awful. Contacted the owner as no manager there on the day, and he offered to let his manager take a look to improve it. I explained after sending the photos without making it super short all over can’t add hair back, so not a viable option. Thought I would get a partial refund, or a voucher for next time, or at least an apology and reassurance it would be looked into and addressed. Instead suggested my choice to go elsewhere!! Very poor customer service to a loyal customer, and not even the cheapest barber in the area either. Well it is my choice and I will take my business elsewhere, where customer satisfaction is a priority.
