Don't buy an Aberdeen sofa..poor quality
Bought an Aberdeen, very poor quality. Literally sank within 3 months. Very disappointed with it. Offered me another one to be fair but I asked for a different one or a refund. Wouldn't give me a refund and offered a discount voucher off the alternative. Reluctant as my first sofa was poor quality. But after near 2 grand for the other one I'm hoping its good quality.

Destination of delivery is a pure lottery
I ordered a mirror, but where it will arrive is apparently a lottery. There are 3 post offices closer than the one chosen for delivery.
I call them up telling them about my issue, but it is according to them not their responsibility since they buy their service from someone else.
It is snow and ice outside, and I ask them if it their responsibility if I slip and fall and the mirror breaks, since the chosen post office doesn't have any good roads from where I live. That is also not their responsibility.
Thank you for a crappy service. And PS, you should take responsibility for the services you also pay someone else to compete.

As you were informed in your order confirmation and while contacting our customer service department, products under 21,5kg are delivered to the post office. Depending on the delivery company dispatch points may vary, which we have no power over.
We use different delivery companies since we are sending everything from Germany. Furthermore, due to that we can not plan in advance which exactly post office will be chosen by the delivery company.

I have been looking for this table for months
I have been looking for a table this size for several months so was thrilled to find this one. I am surprised it’s coming from Switzerland, and it says you can’t return it, so I hope it arrives in good condition. Easy to order online.

not home delivery
The products are good. Delivery really bothered me. I sincerely ordered with a home-delivery hope. I think note about 'drop in pavement' shall be made more clear not hidden inside an 'i' small tab, cause it says home delivery included.. specifically for heavy stuff and as i live alone in a new country, it really was a big trouble for me. I saw it in the delivery note by DHL saying bring help and it was way late for me to try to do anything..

Although concerning the home delivery aspect our terms and conditions, under "DELIVERY" (https://www.beliani.se/content/terms-and-conditions/ ) states the following " Deliveries shall only be made to the kerbside and not to the home, maximally to the point to which the carrier can drive his vehicle". The above is stated on the website and on the order confirmation that clients get directly after creating an order.
