Absolute joke of a company. I ordered a 6-seater dining set — it arrived late and defective. They refused to give me a refund or even let me exchange it for one that wasn’t BROKEN. Zero integrity, zero respect for your time or money. Don’t waste either on this crappy excuse of a company. And using Bella Ciao as your jingle? Seriously? WTH

very poor service! The product I ordered was damaged during transport and I want to ask if I can return it. But I got no response after 5 days. No one answered my phone.

The bed and mattress fit my bedroom perfectly!

I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews but this is the shittiest experience I've ever had with a company and I'm pretty sure their conduct is illegal where I live.

We ordered a dresser that had a missing part (4 items), and when we called them they told us to send a few pictures and circle the items we were missing, so we did and also clarified that we needed all four pieces. The person on the other end said that they were putting the order in as we speak and that we would receive an email with the details. A week passed with no email so we called again just to find out that no order had been sent for the missing parts, but that they would send it now. A few days passed and again, no email, so we called again just to be told that they still hadn't put in their order despite the assurance from the previous people. A month or so after the initial delivery of the dresser, we finally got the package with the parts, but guess what? We only got ONE, making it completely useless. We called again and this time we were told that they didnt have any parts. They can't send us any parts to finish the drawer, meaning that we payed for something we simply didn't receive. If that isn't a scam, I don't know what is.

I will never, ever, buy from this company again and I will make sure that all of my family and friends know about this so that they don't end up in this absolute clusterf*ck of a situation.

Their delivery company LIED about contacting me then after months of waiting and paying full price through Klarna they have DECIDED to return my item without informing me even. They person on the phone said that they have closed the case with no further explanation!! Terrible and absolutely disrespectful

The quality of the bed that I ordered is decent it justifies the price. It looks premium cloth material is also good. I also have got a side lamp that is also very good looking

+ Loved the funriture. Wasnt hard to build them, altough the dining table was a bit difficult! Came when promised, carefully packed. Flexible with times. Its exactly like the pictures!

- The only thing was that i didnt see any choice about the delivery, maybe i missed it but for a person on its own to transfer the dining table was VERY hard! maybe there should be an option to pay extra for delivery in the house. Or could be an option with big orders.

Really nice table and chairs for our garden house. Good quality and they look gorgeous.

I BOUGHT 4 CHAIRS FOR MY LIVING ROOM AND, 4 MONTHS LATER I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM YET !!!. THEIR LOGISTICS SERVICE IS AWFUL !!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING IN THAT WEB PAGE AND, AS THE COMPANY IS FROM SWITZERLAND AND NOT FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION, IT IS MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO ATTACK THEM IN A LEGAL WAY.

Awful service. I wanted a lamp and even if I wasn't sure of the quality I bought it using Klarna because they offered free returns.

When it arrived, It was quite poor quality and I wanted to return the item. I contacted them via email and they offered me a counteroffer (twice) to keep the item for an additional 50% discount. My first feeling was that they are charging a lot of money for cheap and poor quality items.

I decided to not accept the offer and keep with the return. However, they now stopped answering my emails and never provided a shipping label to return the item. The worst thing is that Klarna was requesting me to pay for something I didn't want and I didn't have means to return the item.

I have been 3 months back and forth and finally due to Klarnas push they have provided me with a return label. I have shipped the item but it has not arrived their warehouse yet, it seems to be lost in transit. I feel the nightmare is not over yet!

Really bad customer service and they stop answering you. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will definitely not recommend to buy in this site.

We ordered a bed, assembled it and it was already very wobbly. The bed broke after only 3 weeks! Beliani has only offered us some repair parts, that when they finally arrived were missing essential screws, now we have to wait probably another week for the other package to repair a low quality bed. We will never buy anything from them again!

The website says at the top - free return 365 days. This is a pure marketing LIE - if you are not careful to read the small print, you won’t know that you only have 2 weeks to return the product. If it’s been more than 2 weeks - not only you have to pay for the return (1800 sek for a small sofa) but you also won’t get your money back - only a voucher for the same website.
I wasn’t aware of the small print and we had a medical situation in the family when we couldn’t lift the sofa box to the right floor and open it until after 2 weeks have passed. I have contacted the customer service immediately after we opened the sofa box and realised it would not fit. I explained the situation, offered to show the proof that it was a medical situation why it took longer. The sofa was standing in the box for 3 weeks, I still have original packaging intact.
I received 0 understanding from the customer service. I need to pay 1800 sek to ship the sofa that has just been standing in the box for 3 weeks. I won’t get my money back and basically now I’m forced into buying something else on that website to use the voucher (or lose the total amount) - which I’m honestly just afraid of since they are not willing to solve any problems should anything happen.
Instead of stepping into my shoes, I was basically just told by customer service it’s my fault for not reading the small print that they “don’t hide”.
As you can tell, the whole experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

I bought an office chair from Beliani in August. The chair broke due to a manufacturing defect. I have sat on this chair for months now and all I did was lean back and the chairs left armrest suddenly cracked and broke and I fell down backwards and hurt myself. I contacted customer service and it has been radio silence since. No sorry, no replies, no contact. I will never buy anything from this shop again due to poor quality products.

I recomend Belliani! Supersatisfied.

Nice customer service, nice things but very cheap. Got a chair where the metal was produced wrong and now almost 2 weeks later i dont have a chair or new parts cause they wont send it express to me nor give me some compensation. Very bad.

Never buy anything from them because you if you dont open your package within 24 hoyurs they will not help you if somethings wromng with the product , bought a table for over 5000 and when we opened it it was broken on the top of the table and , beliani wont do anything about

Bought a new sofa in February and was very happy with it.It was very easy to put together and is super comfortable.The delivery was super fast and the costumer service was very nice and helpful.

Bad quality chairs, all the legs are uneven.
Poor quality of bar cart, metal structure looks like painted plastic.
