Customer Service I can not fault. Bought a dress a little to big, my computer could not download the return barcode, I called them and within 30mins an issue that was my issue was fixed and sorted by BB.
I do love the clothes, I always get compliments - it is just a very trusty and safe place to buy clothes from as a web store :-)

I placed my order on August 16 and still do not have my order. As this order was coming from Australia I knew it might be slightly longer but my order is still waiting to clear customs 11 days later. The clothing is very high priced but my daughter really wanted the sweater. I will leave another review once we FINALLY receive this sweater.
The staff are the most friendly people. They are so kind and helpful and have great taste. Definently recommend beginning Boutique xx

Horrible. Clothes were terrible quality and they refuse to refund me. The scam is they only offer store credit for returns and don’t tell you until after the fact. They also claim to only give a refund if it’s returned to their warehouse after 14 days of delivery even though it’s completely out of the customers hands on how long it takes to get there. I fell for ordering from this place by a sponsored tiktok ad. Don’t order from this place!!

I ordered one dress and paid for 5 DAY shipping. It has been three weeks and still in transit, and I am moving from school so I am unable to access my package IF it even gets here. Beginning Boutique is unwilling to resolve this issue by cancelling my order. Terrible customer service and extremely long shipping. DONT bother wasting your money here.

Don't be misled by the "Free Returns" policy. You are welcome to return an item, but you will not get reimbursed for the item. They issue you an in-store credit, so you have to spend your money on yet another poorly made item. They don't even offer you the option to reimburse your credit card. If you email them and insist that they credit your card, they will do it, but they charge you a processing and shipping fee for the return, so you end up losing money on your purchase. So their "Easy Returns Process", is really only meant to benefit the company, not the consumer.

I payed $80 plus shipping for a dress my daughter picked out for her birthday. The quality was horrible. Upon trying to return this item and following the steps closely, I am being told my order number is not correct.
I have reached out to customer service for help and have not heard back from them. All the while, the return time is ticking away.
Do not buy from this company. It is a SCAM!

We ordered two dresses for my daughter last week because we were not sure about the fit. After we decided to keep one, we tried to return the other promptly following all steps on the website. We were offered a store credit which goes against return policy. This return is well within the 14 day guideline. This is bad business and I will not order from this company again.

I was excited to order from this site. The jeans were nice quality but didn’t fit. I sent them back within 5 days but the refund option was not available. I wouldn’t mind buying something else but nothing that I liked was available in my size. They said they would put a note on my account about this. I checked in to see if the item was received and they told me it hadn’t been and to check with the post office. I checked the tracking and the item had been received. I got back on chat to let her know this only to discover I was blocked from the chat. 🥲
I’ve purchased from beginning boutique two times. The first time I purchased I ordered 3 dresses, I ordered 1 in my normal size and the other 2 I sized up… when I received them the 2 I sized up in fit perfectly but after going through the wash (gentle wash) they were stretched and way too big to wear, the dress I ordered in my size was so short if I took a step my whole cheek would be out!
I thought it could be a one off so I decided to order again - 3 dresses, a size 12, (I normally size between a 12-14) a size 14 and a size 16 (the reviews on this dress stated to size up as it was small sizing) funny enough the size 12 dress fit me perfectly, the size 14 dress was huge and couldn’t wear it cause it was so booby that everything would fall out if I bent over… and the size 16 dress was so tight I was scared the zipper was going to break, the arms/shoulders were so tight but the sleeves were incredibly long but the length of the dress was fine? This dress is SO see through. The dress is so oddly shaped/fit and I have seen reviews that said the same after purchasing.
Not to mention the quality of all the items I have brought have been very underwhelming
I ended up leaving reviews on these and had a email regarding my reviews, I basically replied with the same thing as what my reviews stated (weird sizing etc) and the email response was along the lines of “don’t go by the sizing chart we have as it’s not accurate”…. So why tf would you have a sizing guide up if it’s not accurate? They instead told me that I should go by the measurements on each item because the site has different brands and they don’t all measure the same which makes no sense seeing as the sizing chart is the same chart on every item?
Anyway I didn’t bother replying as they went on about reaching out to them for sizing information on items but what an inconvenience to have to email a brand for sizing information on items you want to buy?
The email definitely put me off shopping from here again and I have had the same response from other friends, colleagues and family members who have had the same issue with beginning boutique sizing a quality in their items.
Won’t be shopping here again, which is pretty crap as I like the look of some of the items they sell, but the quality, sizing and customer service has definitely put me off wasting my money here.
I wish I left this review after I had the issue the first time.

I ordered a dress, the shipping came two days after the latest day it said it would come. The dress itself was okay, thin material but it fit strange. Too long of straps and already adjusted all the way even though the rest of it fit. (5’5, 137lbs, got a size 6) I tried to return it, a refund to my credit card not available for some reason and claims if you don’t immediately buy new items with your return 20+ dollars get taken off your credit. Okay. Not transparent whatsoever. So I bought a bikini and somehow ended up paying an extra 9 dollars, keep in mind original dress was 85. Extremely upsetting and will never purchase from here again and warn my friends to stay away.
They told me my order would take 5-10 working days and yet my order has still not arrived. I’m extremely disappointed and worried I will not have a prom dress for my senior prom. I have even emailed them and they never responded to me. It’s very frustrating because everyone has said they love this company.

I bought this dress to wear as a bridesmaid in a wedding, and when I received it I tried it on and was very happy with the look and fit.
I wore it once, less than 3 months after I bought it, for 5 hours for the wedding, washed it as per the instructions and in a garment bag for extra protection and it has torn on the back after one wear and one wash (see photos).
When I reached out to the team to discuss options, as I do not believe this meets the standards for acceptable quality under Australian consumer law, they implied that that I was lying about how the tear happened and were unhelpful, refusing to discuss options other than a (meagre) partial refund or 50% code for a future purchase (of which I can guarantee there will be none as I do not wish to spend anymore of my money on a dress that doesn’t last more than a single wear.)
Do not buy from here, their customer service is insulting and unhelpful and their dresses are not made to last more than one wear and wash, by the customer service team’s own admission.
