It's hard for me to get shoes that fit and it saves so much time and stress to be able to go into Beggs, say what I'm looking for and get their options. The day I was in the shop was busy but the staff were really lovely and attentive to everyone. Never had such a fun shopping experience. And I got cute shoes to boot!

I have been shopping at the Inverness Branch for about 15 years, I live in North Wales and go there because of the customer service and endless patience when I want to see the latest shoes and trainers. The staff are lovely and I buy my yearly supplies when I am up on holiday twice yearly. Their on line service is second to none and I have had my goods delivered the very next day. Keep up the good work and many a business could learn a lot with your methods and manners which are inherent to such a great business.

I ordered a pair of ECCO walking shoes after seeing a pair in a shop in Ashbourne which I liked but they didn’t have my size, therefore googled website that had them - came across Begg shoes- excellent service with free postage and they arrive with me within 3 days of ordering with a delightful personal written note to thank me for my order- much appreciated Hayley. I live in Wales and would normally support small local businesses, but in this instance was glad to support a small excellent business in Scotland. All the best.

There’s also a returns label if you need it and a lovely handwritten note in with your order, highly recommend

We were visiting Kirkwall for a few hours from our cruise ship. Came across a Beggs shoe shop, and what a lucky find! Got exactly what I wanted with the help of a lovely lady assistant called Karen B. Nothing was too much trouble for this helpful lady. Many thanks. Loving my new shoes!

I ordered a pair of Gabor shoes on line and they arrived promptly, well packaged with a hand written note of thanks which makes all the difference.

We were in Inverness for the day and went into Begg shoe shop. The assistant was very pleasant and helpful. There was no preasure from staff to buy something you might not actually want which is the way I like it. As we were left to browse my husband found a pair of trainers just what he was after so he got himself some Skerchers. Lovely shop with lovely staff.

Skechers in Bracknell Berkshire didn't have my size so I looked online and found exactly what I wanted at Beggs.
They are perfect and arrived much quicker than I thought. Brilliant.
