Breaking warranty
Extremely poor customer services and it seems they are working along the retailer (very greedy with money) Are breaking their warranty which is against the law. Will not replace faulty parts or a faulty stroller. This stroller was expensive. I have used it a handful times only and in that time my baby ended up in a bad position due to the faulty stroller. I have not managed to use my stroller for which it was intended, jogging and hiking. It’s getting to the point now where my baby is going to be old enough to not need a stroller by the time I sort this out. Been trying to deal with this now for 5 months. This is an awful company and in my experience the item I bought is awful. Further action is being taken against this company along with the retailer!
