Unhappy with quality of products
I bought two Dermalogica products from Beauviva which I used on my face - they caused irritation to my skin and didn't have the usual smell or consistency of the same Dermalogica products I bought elsewhere. I complained to Beauviva and got nowhere. I spoke to Dermalogica who told me they were investigating Beauviva as they are not authorised to sell their products. I returned the products to Beauviva but heard nothing back. Luckily I paid with PayPal who have given me a full refund (Paypal were really helpful) At the time of writing this, Beauviva haven't responded to PayPal either. My advice is beware.

Be warned!
So I called Dermalogica and they told me beauviva definitely isn't selling their products... Just Google Dermalogica's telephone number, phone and ask yourself, they are lovely and helpful!
They also told me not to put any of this stuff near my skin!

Where is my item? This place doesn't answer you, and if you look at their registered office/trading address it's a SELF STORAGE company (Big Yellow)!? So when I called the Self Storage company they said hundreds of companies are registered there, it's basically a pay-monthly mail forwarding place that can accept parcels and you can use as an address for your office?
