I love beauty pie products I used to keep my skin tip top
I love beauty pie products I used to purchase things from my daughter’s account but decided to open one myself. The only item I purchased that I was not entirely happy with was a concealer it smelt old and off but this does not put me off the products because genuinely they are very good quality for a fair price.

Didn’t receive my latest order and have had no communication from Beauty Pie. I’m very reluctant to to order again. Items were left by courier but when I got home from work I couldn’t find the parcel. Beauty Pie customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Seemingly it’s great when you’re spending money but they’re not interested when things go wrong.

After 3 years of loyal membership with Beauty Pie, I tried so many times to buy a particular product I liked but it was out of stock too often,
I couldn’t justify continuing with the annual fee if the products I wanted are not in stock. Serious failings here.

The products I have ordered I have really enjoyed. Ordered two products that have never come back in stock. Emailed Beauty Pie to be told they would both be back this summer. Both are still out of stock.
